I looked at myself in the mirror looking at my not so perfect self. My acne, my body and everything else I hate about myself. I started to tear up. "this Is me and Im going to have to fucking deal with It with the rest of my life"- I said to myself tearing up even more than before, I got out of the bathroom and closed the bathroom door. And I just stood there, seeing all the mirrors In my room I walked towards one and threw It until It broke Into shatters and I did the same to the other 2
I got up on my bed just balling my eyes out while there was broken glass everywhere. I couldn't bare It I had to go. I walked to the door trying not to step on the glass and walking downs stairs. My parents were on a business trip for this month so they couldn't hear my breakdown. I put on my checkered vans and went to Jaedens house. Jaeden was my bestfreind I could talk to him about anything, he made me feel comfortable. I saw his parents cars weren't there so I knocked frantically on the door until he opened It.
Once jaeden opend the door he looked at me a little confused. He could tell that I had cried. He didn't say anything and he just grabbed me and hugged me as tight as possible, just what I needed. Jaeden always knew what I needed, once he brought me inside he sat me on the couch "whats wrong?" He looked at me worried "jaeden I - I cant really explain It. Its just ugh I dont know"
"Y/n, I know that not everything looks the way you want It to look, I know you've told me about It. But just listen to me when I tell you that every time you get caught in this situation I will do anything for you, you got that?"- Jaeden said with sincerity and with a slight smile
"Yeah"-I said while my eyes were still glossy. He took my hand and brought me up to his room and he sat me down "I don't want you to be sad so heres the remote, pick a movie, Any movie you like. I'll be back It will Only take 5 minutes" he said while walking to the door "hey jaeden"- I said while he was almost out the door "yeah"-he turned around " thank you" I said and smiled he smiled at me aswell and went downstairs
I made myself more comfortable and picked of course 'THE BLIND SIDE' I loved that movie It always makes me cry. When jaeden walked In he came In with 2 fuzzy blankets and a whole bunch of different snacks and drinks and I was In shock "It's Saturday so we're going to have a movie night" he said with a proud grine on his face. while putting everything on the bed I just smiled at him widly and giggled "jaeden wow you've truly outdone yourself" I said while he sat him self down next to me.
"So what are we watching?" He said while looking at me and smiling. He then looked at the tv and looked at the movie I had picked out he laughed and said "the blind side huh? Are u sure u want to watch a movie that makes u cry every time ?" "O'come on Ive watched It 6 times already I wont cry this time" I said while laughing and rolling my eyes.

The movie was over and y/n fell asleep on my lap. Of course after all the crying In the movie she would be tired
I looked at my phone and saw It was 11:34 pm and I looked at y/n as I played with her hair. I couldn't believe that such a gorgeous girl could be so self conscious, it amazes me what our minds can do, like it literally made a beautiful diamond feel like dirt. I wish I knew what I could do, but I don't ,all I can do Is just be here for her. But for her It's good enough but it's just not for me, I want her to know her worth but I've tried so many times. All I do now is just comfort her, it's the best I can do and I'm okay with that.
I hadn't realized that i was staring at y/n this whole time while i was stroking her hair.

I laughed to myself y/n always disables her comments bc everyone in school thinks we are hooking up and the comments get to her but she didn't care most time she was just glad that i was still her friend even with those rumors. I carfully laid myself down and went to sleep
