Esme sat giddely at the bar, shuffling in her seat. "What are so excited about?" Mira asked as she walked up to her from her usual place behind the counter. "Kage gets back from his mission with Lily today! I just want to tease him about it." She said with a sinister smile. "I thought your brother said NOT to ship Kage with Lily."
"He did. But that doesn't mean I'm gonna listen."
"Hey Esme! Has Kage come back yet?" Shouted Natsu.
"No. Why?"
"I wanted to fight that dragon of his!" Natsu said as his fists lit up with fire. "Absolutely NOT." Hayden cut in. Natsu turned around to face the Shadow Dragon Slayer who was crossing his arms and glaring at him. "I am NOT letting you fight Kage's dragon form."
"Why not?" Natsu whined out.
"Because you're a moron!" Hayden stated before walking over to sit next to Esme.
"WHO YOU CALLING A MORON?!"
Hayden sighed and rubbed his forehead as Esme and Mira laughed. "He's such a kid." Esme giggled. "Yes. But that's what makes him Natsu." Mira added.
"Who do you think you are taking my cat?!" Shouted a voice. They all turned to see Gajeel glaring at Kage who carried a certain black exceed in his arms. "Calm down Gajeel. I'm the one who asked him to come with me." Lily said as he jumped from Kage's arms and walked over to a table. "Why didn't you ask me?" Gajeel pouted.
"Because I specifically needed Kage's shape shifting magic."
Kage made his way over to the bar....and over to a evilly smiling girl. "Did you here that Kage? Lily specifically needed you." Esme teased. Kage groaned and facepalmed. "Don't tell me....."
"Esme has decided to ship you with Pantherlily." Mira said with a apologetic smile. Kage sat down at the bar....sighed....and banged his head against the counter. Esme started laughing until she froze and slowly turned her head towards Hayden. "What?" He warily asked her. Esme's face slowly formed a grin and she giggled. "I haven't found a ship for you yet."
Hayden suddenly went pale.
"You don't need to. Our dear brother has a crush." Kage said, joining his sister with a sadistic smirk that made Hayden shiver. "REALLY?! How do you know?!" Esme squealled. Mira smiled excitedly as well. "I read his Diary."
"I do NOT have a Diary!" Hayden argued.
"Oh realy?" Kage smiled wickedly. He sat up and reached behind him. Pulling out a black leather book and flipping it open. "Dear Diary..." He read out loud.
Hayden moved so fast across the bar that he practically knocked Esme off the chair. But his sadistic little brother had already transformed into a raven and flew onto the shelf behind Mira with the book. "Today, me and my siblings joined Fairy Tail. It's pretty rowdy. But it's fun and the people there are really nice." Kage continued to read.
Hayden launched himself over the bar to grab his bird brother but he flew off before he could get ahold of him. Kage flew a bit further down the bar before reading again.
"I also met the most beautiful girl! She's already close friends with my sister. But hopefully I can be friends with her to! Maybe even more.."
Kage had took off again as Hayden tried to grab him. He flew up to the S Class balcony and perched himself on the railing. "She has the most beautiful blue eyes and-!"
"NO! Kage! Please! My beloved baby brother. I'll do anything just don't read it!" Hayden shouted desperately. The whole Guild had started watching them a long time ago. "Anything~?" Kage drawled out with a smirk.
"YES! Anything!"
"Then do it." Kage told him.
Hayden had gone pale while the Guild looked at them confused.
"Go on." Kage said. He had turned back into his human form and was now sadistically smiling down at his brother. "You said you'd do anything~"
Hayden gulped and got down on his hands and knees...and bowed. "Please Master!" Hayden yelled out. Esme was trying REALLY hard not to laugh.
"What are you?" Kage asked. Hayden blushed in embarrassment. Kage, who was still sat on the railing, had crossed his legs and leaned on his left hand while he held up the book in his right. "You want this right?" He drawled out. Hayden nodded frantically. "Then. Say. It."
"I'm....I'm....."
Esme was practically crying from trying not to laugh.
"She works here at the Guild and I see her a lot in Sorcerer Weekly..." Kage started reading again.
"No! Please Master! I'm....I'M A PRETTY PRINCESS!" Hayden yelled out. His face had gone completely red.
The Guild went quiet.
"I'm sorry. What was that?" Kage asked with a smirk.
"I'm a pretty princess!" He yelled out again. Esme erupted with laughter. She laughed so hard that she fell back off her bar stool and hit the ground. The Guild was quick to follow. Hayden was red with embarrassment as laughter echoed through the Guild Hall.
"I believe this-" Kage said as he held the book out. "Is yours." He dropped the book and Hayden quickly got up to catch it. He clutched it close to his chest as if someone would take it again. Pantherlily had flown up to Kage who smiling with content as he watched the chaos below him. "That was mean, Kage." He stated with his arms crossed. Kage just shrugged.
While everyone was busy laughing, Mira had walked up to Hayden who was fidgeting in his spot. "Hayden? Are you alright?" She asked him. Hayden jumped a little before nodding with a blush. "You certainly have an interesting brother." Mira said with a giggle.
"Y-yah. He's a sadist. He likes to make people whither beneath him."
Mira smiled before leaning in and kissing him on the cheek. Hayden's face exploded with steam from overheated and his face went red. "W-What was that for?" He stuttered out.
"For saying that I was beautiful in your little book there." She giggled.
"What an odd family they are." Makarov muttered as he took another gulp of his beer.
