Hayden stepped outside their house and looked around for his brother. He walked around to the back where a giant tree had grown right outside Kage's window and there he found Kage sat in the too with some birds. "Kage!" Hayden yelled out, getting the boy's attention. "We're going into town! Come on!" Kage nodded and put back what looked like a baby bird into a nest and jump from the tree and landed on the ground.
"What were doing up there?" Hayden asked. "Lillian's egg was hatching today and she got so excited and said that I just HAD to be there for it." Kage explained. "Lillian? You've named them?"
"No. They have their own names."
"I didn't know animals named eachother."
"There's a lot of things people don't know about animals."
Haden and Kage met up with Esme who waited for them. Esme started at Kage for a while before a devious smile spread across her face. It definitely did not go unnoticed by the older brother. "Hey Kage," Kage hummed to let her know he was listening. "How about you where the outfit that Lucy gave you today!" Hayden mentally started to panic while Kage thought about it then shrugged. "Sure. I'll go change."
As soon as Kage dissappeared into the house, Hayden grabbed Esme's shoulders and shook her. "What are you planning in that horrible brain of yours!" He demanded. Esme feigned hurt and dramatically turned away from him. "How could you insult me so, Dear Brother!"
Kage soon came back in the revealing outfit and Hayden groaned. "Alright. Fuck it. Let's just go." He snapped and stomped off with his siblings following.
Esme kept giggling as they past people in town. Some just couldn't help but turn to stare at the sadist in revealing clothing who kept walking with a bored expression. "I can't believe how oblivious you are Bubba." Esme said to her baby brother with a laugh. Kage looked at her confused but then ignored her.
Hayden walked into a shop while Esme and Kage waited outside. But by the time he got back outside, Kage had disappeared. "Where did he go?!" He asked. Esme just shrugged. "He walked off a couple minutes ago."
"AND YOU DIDN'T STOP HIM?!"
Kage casually strolled through town on his own. Eyeing the bakeries as he passed. He was staring and a cake shop when he bumped into a hard back and stumbled a bit. "Hey watch where you're-" the guy stopped when he saw the boy that ran into him. "Well aren't you a cutie~" the man drawled out. Kage was quick to scan every inch the man, gathering information. "What's a cute thing like you doing all by yourself?" He asked. Hayden and Esme rounded the corner and spotted to guy hitting on their baby brother. Hayden was about to go threaten him when Kage finally decided to speak up.
"Mike Brown. Age 25. You're clothes are neat yet you tried to mess them up to look cool. So that means your mother picked out your outfit before you left home. And if that's the case then that means you still live with your parents, which means you don't have a job to live on your own. So you're a neet. Being a neet means you've never had a long lasting relationship and so you now try to hit on random people on the street. So you've never been layed." Kage explained with his usual bored expression and calm voice.
Hayden froze and Mike looked at Kage in shock. Kage smirked as an evil glint formed in his eyes. "So basically, you're a loser." He stated. Mike's face turned red with rage and he moved to punch him in the face. But electricity shot through his body that made him scream out in pain. He fell to his knees and looked up to see Kage smirked down at him with Esme stood next to him. "Look at you. On your knees, shaking in fear. How pathetic you are." Kage let out a sickening giggle. Mike scrambled to get up but Kage stepped on his hand. Mike grabbed his ankle to try and free his hand but only resulted in Kage stepping on his hand harder. Mike made a pained noise which made a wicked smile spread across Kage's face. "Funny. I didn't know trash made noise." He said.
Hayden put a hand on Kage's shoulder which made him turn to look at him. "That's enough Kage. We're done with shopping. So let's go home." Kage nodded and followed Hayden away with Esme skipping behind them. Mike was left on the ground, holding his injured hand.
"Seriously, I can't take you guys anywhere without worrying about you causing trouble." Hayden muttered. "That's no fair! Bubba is the one who started the fight!" Esme argued. "You electricuted that man!"
"He was gonna hurt my cute baby brother's face!"
"He wasn't a man he was a neet." Kage cut in.
Hayden stopped and turned to his brother. "By the way, how did you know his name?" He asked. "It was written on his underwear which was sticking out of his pants." Kage explained.
"And you noticed that?" Esme asked. Kage nodded. "I started scanning him as soon as he started talking to me."
"Do you do that to everyone?" Hayden muttered out. Kage nodded. "For example, Natsu has a scar on his kneck but it's hidden under his scarf. Bisca had make up on her kneck the other day which ment she had a hickey which ment she had sex with Alzack that night. Laxus often shifts in his seat with furrowed eyebrows but only when Esme does something cute, which means she turns him on more than she thinks."
Esme blushed at that.
"Mirajane keeps a picture of you behind the bar so when you go on missions you're still with her."
It was Hayden's turn to blush.
"Lucy where's skimpy underwear, Makarov secretly reads girls magazines, Gray once had a dance off with one of Lucy's Celestial Wizards.."
"OK WE GOT IT! YOU KNOW PEOPLE'S SECRETS!" Hayden yelled. "I had no idea you were this observant."
"Why do you think I sit at the table in the back corner of the Guild?" Kage asked. Esme shrugged. "We thought you sat there because you don't like people."
"I sit there because I have a perfect view of everyone there." He explained. A chill went down Hayden's spine. "Meaning..." He cut himself off as that wicked smile returned to Kage's face.
"Meaning I can watch everyone."
