Life is not a joke. Mental health is not a joke. Just because someone appears to have everything, or appears to be fine doesn't mean that they are. Also, what you say and how you treat people can seriously affect them to the point where they take their life. Be kind.
Don't let your grief and anger be an excuse for you to leave hate and hurt on other people's accounts. Everyone is made of flesh and blood. Their lives matter and so do yours. Think about that before doing something you think is trivial. A little kindness can go a long way.
