JEON WONWOO'S POV
It was a fun date even if Leanne won't like calling this as a date, but for me it's a date – a one-sided date.
I realize we never really had the chance to go out like this before. Strolling around, eat anything, like with just each other's presence.
Things were very different back then. But they will be even better now. I'll make sure of that.
The sun's going to set later, and I still want to take her somewhere before the sun sets low. I want to show her the best place I've ever seen — to the highest part of this island.
But I'm worried she might want to take a break. For the whole afternoon, we've been strolling around the island. We just got off from Poseidon because I took her to the deeper part of the ocean to show her the dolphins. And seeing her so awestruck and happy was priceless.
Even if we stayed at the middle of the ocean all day just to watch the dolphins, it would be fine for me. Just as long as I could see her smile and laugh so alive like that.
"Are you tired?" I asked her while we're walking side by side.
She looked at me with a smile on her face. She seemed not aware of it. Maybe that's the effect of the dolphins on her.
"Not really." She giggled. "The dolphins were so cute. They're too many. Imagine? They were just below us! My God! I'm sure, Sey will freak out if she sees them. That girl sure loves dolphins. She adores them! She's crazy with dolphins!" Then she laughed. And I felt like I was in heaven.
She's been blabbering about the dolphins since then. She was even mad at me before we boarder Poseidon, my yacht. She doesn't even want to go. But she changed her mind when I told her about the dolphins. My surprise was spoiled, but at least I got her to say yes. And quite frankly, I like it better when she talks like this. I was so happy while watching her and smiling and laughing. It made me miss her even more.
"So, are you still up for the next one?"
She grinned wider. Damn! I felt like my heart failed for a few seconds.
"Game!" She said full of excitement that made me chuckle.
Her energy was infectious. I felt all my tiredness go way. Well, I don't even feel tired. I won't feel tired being with her and spending my time with her.
"Hyung!/Oppa!"
Leanne and I got a shock for a moment when a bunch of kids came to us. The one in front was holding out a guitar and it looks too big for her.
"Wonwoo Hyung, can we ask for your help?"
I looked down at his guitar. It looks okay.
I scooted down to level with them. "What is it?" I felt Leanne scooted nest to me too.
"Do you know how to tune a guitar, Hyung? The tune of this guitar doesn't seem right."
"You want to use this? Isn't this too heavy for you?" I got the guitar from him. It was light, but still bigger than the boy.
"We will just try. It's our Mom's birthday tomorrow. We want to try singing for her."
"Okay." I smiled at him. This boy reminded me of myself, when I used to sing for my mom. And still does.
I saw a place with a few people then I guided the kids there. We sat under the tree and the children gathered around. Leanne followed us and I motioned my side so that she could sit next to me.
She talked with the kids while I was busy tuning the guitar. After a while, I could already hear them laughing and giggling.
"Do you know how to sing?" Jae asked, the boy from earlier. He's seated on my left side while paying attention to what I am doing.
