"A, you're not going home yet?"

Leanne saw Liz at her office door.

"You're going home?" She asked her. They're the only ones left in their department and it looks like she's about to go home

"Yeah. I still need to get off something, somewhere." She showed her car keys to her. "How about you?"

She eyed the stacks of papers she needs to go over and she shook her head. "Maybe later. I'll just finish this." She doesn't like leaving her work when she already did it halfway. If only they're nut running after a deadline, then she should've gone home hours before.

"Hmm . . . You're just waiting for Mr. Jeon."

She laughed at her teasing. "He's busy."

He's been inside the conference room with Leo and the other head team, talking with Chase. They were discussing some few updates about the SPEED CHASE Series launching, and that's the reason why Wonwoo didn't drive her that day. It was a first. But when she wants to talk to him, it's really when he's not available.

The next day would be their family dinner, and yet she hasn't seen Wonwoo since Irene and she talked. He was not at his office when she went to see him after she talked to Irene and he just texted her to join her team for lunch since he'll be off doing something important.

She thought he won't be returning back to the office but she was surprise when she saw his car at his designated parking space. He was inside sleeping. He just left the office for a while to drive her home then he immediately returned to his office.

Seeing him that tired and sleepless made her decide to talk to him today. She wants him to rest before they talk about it.

But the day's ending and she hasn't seen him since the morning after he drove her off. She's running out of time.

Liz came to her and looked at the papers on her table. "Just wait for him. They'll be done soon. Just finish that tomorrow. Maybe we'll be extended since I heard they added more details."

"Nah." She said waving a hand. "I brought my car with me so I'm okay."

"As if you're okay. You keep frowning the whole day! You didn't even saw each other for a day yet you looked like a dried leaf. "

She just laughed at her and let her believe what she wants to believe. She could only sigh inwardly.

Liz sighed dramatically. "Love really is killing, right? You just don't see him for a day, you feel like brightness left you. No life."

"Wow. Do you feel the same way too? Who's the lucky man? Is it Leo?"

She immediately frowned. "Why would I think about that man?!"

She grinned. "Stop denying. I always hear you when you whisper things about him. You find Leo handsome, right?"

Liz rolled her eyes. "Yeah he's handsome but always on beast mode. He's like a girl with monthly period." She complained. "Gosh, I'll get going. I might say something unpleasant. I'll go ahead. Take care on going home."

Leanne laughed while nodding at her as she made her out of her office. "You too."

She sighed when she was left on her own.

She's worried, more than running out of time – She's worried about what she would say. How will she talk to Wonwoo and make him go?

It's not her place to put demands on him if it's about his family. If in other things, then yes, but not when it comes to his family. Yet it won't hurt to try to talk to him, right? She just wants to help him patch things up with his Dad since it would help him too.
