LEANNE AIANNE'S POV
"GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME!" Wonwoo scowled at Leo who was trying to take away the beer from his grip and I swear I saw Leo winced from it.
He immediately let go of Wonwoo and looked at us. Mission Failed.
Ravi and I sighed in unison. It was at least a good thing the party resumed pretty fast after Leo and Ravi pulled Wonwoo forcefully and took him here outside. Fresh air would help him, or so we thought.
"We should take him home." Leo worriedly looked at his friend. Wonwoo looked dead drunk sitting on the waiting bench outside the building, his left hand still held a bottle of beer that he was not even drinking.
"I will take him home." Ravi offered. But Wonwoo suddenly moved his head.
"Don't even try," He threatened as he tried to stand up. His gait was rather unsteady but he kept his balance properly upright enough not to drop down the floor. "I can go home on my own." He said.
I jerked to catch him when his feet tripped against each other but Leo beat me to it. He was fast enough to catch Wonwoo and prevent him from falling flat on the floor.
"You obviously can't stand." Leo spat back. "Let Ravi drive you back."
Again, Wonwoo glared at him as he shrugged off his hands. "I will kill him if you left him alone with me. Do you want that?"
I shut my eyes closed tightly. He's at it again, with his Ravi thing.
He's been drilling Ravi since we took him out here. Just by saying Ravi's name, he'll turn into a beast. And he would always flash his sarcastic smile everytime Ravi talks. And now he's threatening his friends like that?
Seriously, why was he so enraged with Ravi?
"Well then . . . "Ken spoke and turned to me. That's when I realized he followed us out also. "Aianne, you drive him home."
Wonwoo looked at me and our eyes met. This is the first time he looked at me since we pulled him out of the party, and my heart trembled from the wave of strong emotions that I know he could see in my eyes.
And pain was one of them.
But even if I'm hurt with what I saw before, I can't still stop myself from worrying about him. I never saw him act like this.
"If you don't want to . . ." Jack shrugged, "I'll just take him with me."
"You can't. Chaeyoung is here." Wonwoo reminded Ken of his fiancée that was left inside while he's trying to get away from Leo's grip. "You need to take her home."
For someone who's as drunk as he is, he's rather caring and concerned.
"You all go back inside. I'm okay." Wonwoo even winked to his friends before walking away to his car. He couldn't even walk in a straight line.
I sighed and followed him. I saw him got his car keys from his pocket. I immediately snatched it from him and opened the passenger's seat.
"Here."
He raised his brow on me but he didn't argue and silently did what I want him to do. I saw how he still had that bottle of liquor in his hand so I tried snatching it away from him.
I glared when he won't let go of it. But then he sighed and silently handed it over to me, then I closed the door and throw the bottle somewhere.
"You're in charge of him form this point on!" Ken shouted to me as Leo and Ravi waved their goodbye.
