tmzJustin Bieber hospitalized after passing out on stage at his concert in Chicago. "Justin has still been going through a lot of grief and it's more serious than people think," a source close to the pop star told us. "he's doing a lot better though, Lila has been making him so happy, and the engagement lit up his life a whole lot!" the source finished. Justin Bieber was dehydrated and that's what caused him to faint. He's okay though!
