"And you have the crib set and ordered?" Lila asked, as she was scrolling through the computer, and writing stuff down, looking for more baby stuff. She looked so cute with her hair in a low bun:

"Yes baby, I have it all set, we're ready," I said, as I walked up to her and pecked her head

"Yes baby, I have it all set, we're ready," I said, as I walked up to her and pecked her head. "You want so many things," I chuckled.

"Everything has to be perfect," she said, as she leaned back. I placed my hands on her tummy and rubbed it in circles.

"I'm so excited," I whispered and pecked her tummy.

"Me too! I'm feeling happy right now," she smiled. "But I know that I'm gonna have a lot more mood swings later on."

"I'm okay to deal with that," I smiled, pecking her lips.

"Gigi has been wanting to come over," she said. I got up and got a drink out of the fridge.

"Invite her," I replied.

"We just have so many things to do, Justin, we have no time," she sighed, rubbing her temples.

"Baby, we have 7 more months until the baby comes. We have a lot of time! You need some you time, with your friends, let loose and have fun," I shrugged.

"So I can go clubbing," she smirked. My eyes immediately went wide.

"Are you crazy?!" I exclaimed. She laughed.

"I'm joking baby!" She said as she laughed and smacked her knee.

"Please, don't do that, but yes have some time for you and for your friends, don't shut them out," I said. She nodded and continued writing down what she was writing.

"Oh! Babe, I almost forgot, what're the plans for God Father and God Mother?" She asked.

God Father and God mother was a touchy subject for me. I knew I wanted it to be my mom and dad, but she wanted it to be Gigi and Zayn.

"Lila, we agreed to talk about that later," I said, as gently as I could, trying to avoid an argument.

"But Justin, we have to plan everything out, I don't want anything to be last minute," she said.

"You know I want it to be my mom and dad..." I mumbled.

"I just feel like they already have that grandma and grandpa title, they're already blood relatives, babe," she explained. For some reason, that really pissed me off.

"Do you think they're not capable of being our child's godparents, Lila? Just because they're gonna be grandparents?" I snapped. Lila looked taken aback and she furrowed her eyebrows.

"Justin, I didn't mean that, I just meant, they're already the grandparents, I feel like Zayn and Gigi should be the godparents," she said. I shook my head and scoffed.

"Whatever,"

"What is wrong with you?" She called behind me.

"What is wrong with me? Lila, I've been doing everything for you, because you are my everything, but I wanted my parents to be the godparents and you know that!" I yelled. I did not mean to raise my voice at her but she hits a whole different type of nerve when it comes to that.

"Okay, fine, do whatever the fuck you want, Justin. Godparents? All yours," she said, as she shut her laptop and rushed up the stairs.

*A couple of hours later*

"Can you get the door?!" Lila yelled.

"Got it!" I responded. I opened the door to reveal Zayn and Gigi.

"Hey dad!" Zayn said as he pulled me in for a bro hug. "We're here for a play date."

"Gigi, Lila's upstairs," I said, as I gave her a quick side hug.

"Got you," she said as she rushed upstairs. Zayn also walked in, and he made himself at home.

"How's everything? Is everything good with Lila? The baby?" He asked. I sighed and shook my head.

"We're fighting right now," I mumbled.

"Justin... Not again, bro," he said.

"No, no, it was my fault, like always, she just touched a really sensitive topic for me, she wants you and Gigi to be the godparents, but I want my parents to be the godparents, no offence," I explained. Zayn nodded.

"I understand, man, I get it, your parents are your parents, but you need to understand that your parents are already the kid's grandparents, do they really need to be godparents as well?" He asked. "But I could be wrong, Justin, don't get mad at me," he said as he put his arms up in defence.

"Nah, I get it," I sighed, sitting down and putting my head in my hands.

"You'll be alright, bud, just figure things out, and quick. Please don't allow what happened last time to happen again,"

"I never will,"
