I replayed Roman's words in my head, over and over.. He said them as if he deeply felt.. Also as if he still thought of me that way.. I walked to John's locker room and found it empty, so I went to the gorilla where I saw him walking back from a match.. "John!" He snapped his head to me "Hey! You okay?" I nodded "Um, yea.. Do you think you have a sec?" He looked at me "I have a few minutes before I have to go meet with Kurt, why?" I grabbed his hand and pulled him to the tv area.. I sat him down across from me, confusion written on his face.. "What is going-" "Am I something to you? Do I mean something to you?" He took a deep breath "Nicole, I don't have time for this." "Just answer it." "Yes you're something to me.. You mean something to me.. You mean alot." I nodded and looked down, playing with my hair. He reached over and touched my face.. "Now I have to go." I felt my heart deflate as he walked away.. His response didn't satisfy me, instead it left me empty and small.. But my heart filled again as I heard his words replay again..
