Lena Finds Out (One shot)

"You Promise?"

Lillian brushed her finger against the dial taunting The Girl of Steel. Kara gripped her eyes closed waiting for impact. She finally placed a firm grip on the Dial of Death and snickered, "Bye Bye, Supergirl."

"Wait." Lex said quickly and grabbed his mom's arm softly making her stop from killing Kara.

"What? This is part of the plan."

"Let's make her see everyone she loves die and then once the Girl of Steel has broke, then we will kill her." Lex then turned his attention to dear old Kara who was now looking at them with horror clear in her eyes.

"Now that's a true Luthor." Lillian handed the remote back to her son.

"What are you gonna do with Lena?" Kara snapped and tugged at the airborne chains.

"If it bothers you that much then I can assure you that we won't hurt her." Lillian replied mischievously.

And with that they left.

Kara sighed aloud and finally gave out letting her legs fall and shoulders slump forward leaving only the shackles to hold her aboard. Holding her up even when she wanted so bad to fall down. 

Now back to Alex...

Alex jumped up with a welcoming grin. "Where do we start?"

"Well, first we need a place to start. We need to find out a way to find Cadmus. Do you know who any Cadmus agents are?" Maggie asked.

"Well there did used to be a mole in the DEO, but he was killed. By Lillian." Alex said bluntly. She then suddenly gasped, "there is a Cadmus agent locked up in the DEO that I beat the crap out of trying to find my dad."

Alex sighed and all of her sudden excitement was just washed away, "But then we would have to break into the DEO. Ugh, but he would never spill. Even after he was beaten bloody he didn't say a thing." She groaned and fell back into the couch.

"We have nothing!" She sighed.

"Danvers, did you forget I was a detective?"

Alex and Maggie hid out behind a car in an alley way.

"What are we doing here again?" Alex whispered to her girlfriend while still peeking out on he side of the old hunk of junk car and held her alien gun.

"Shh! We are waiting for a Cadmus agent to show up! They have been meeting in this spot for weeks now."

"Why didn't you tell me this before?!" Alex exclaimed in a whisper.

"Because I wasn't sure, but now I am!" Maggie peeked from the other side of the car.

"When are they gonna be-"

"Right now!" Maggie interrupted once the sound of grinding soil and pebbles filled the air. A night black van (because that's totally not suspicious at all) came driving through.

It came to an abrupt stop and another van identical to the other one and armed men with bulletproof vests and large guns stomped towards each other.

"Now!" The detective shouted and the couple charged from behind the SUV.

The soldiers shot up their guns. Alex's alien gun lit up blue and a blue orb fired out. Three guys were hit and flew backwards, crashing against the brick wall.

"Three down, two to go!" Maggie joked and earned a giggle from Alex.

Maggie took the butt of her gun and thrusted it across the right side of an agent's face. He completely spun on his toes and fell unconscious.

The detective then whiplashed around and pointed her gun, shooting one right in the leg and fell back with a groan in agony.

"Good job." Alex smiled at her girlfriend and they both turned to a Cadmus agent who looked a little younger than the rest. And more scared.

His gun trembled in his hands as he moved it side to side angling it at the two.

"P-Please... don't hurt me. I didn't work for them by choice, I swear! T-They said that they they would kill my little sister if I did let join them. I'm all she has! Please don't take me away from her!" The boy begged with his eyes tearing up and his words stuttering.

"It's okay," Alex stated in a soft voice and slowly put her gun down and her hands up, "we are not gonna hurt you."

He dropped his gun to the ground and it clattered. Alex neared a little closer.

"How old are you?"

"Um I'm only nineteen."

"Look, we don't want any trouble. We are just looking for my little sister. Her life is in grave danger, and we need your help." Maggie smiled warmly at her girlfriend, reacting at how calm and gentle she was.

"No, no! They they will kill me and my sister!" He exclaimed and abruptly took a couple steps backwards.

"I promise you, we will not let that happen. We can protect her. And you."

"You promise?" He asked his voice faltering.

"I promise."

He swallowed hard and repositioned his stance. "What's your sisters name?"

I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while! Also sorry it was shorter than usual and a little rushed. I was gonna post this weekend except I was in the hospital all weekend. More specifically, the psych ward.
