It didn't take long until 9:30 arrived.
Kara was in her super suit, hoping that Cadmus doesn't know she doesn't have her powers. Little does Kara knows, they do know. And that's their big advantage.
Everyone at the DEO was anxious about the outcome of this confrontation.
Supergirl doesn't have her super powers. And Cadmus doesn't have Lex. Both are at a weak point, but Lillian and her army still have the upper hand.
They're fighting a cult with weapons of mass destruction, and all Kara has to fight that is her wits and powerful words.
Supergirl needed help.
Supergirl arrived at an abandoned refinery. Alone.
Kara always considered herself alone, but now she had no backup. No guards, just in case if something went wrong. Just her. Without powers. This was a tough one.
Kara walked in, pushing in he creaky door. Light showered in, revealing the dust filled atmosphere.
Nobody was there.
Kara glanced around, looking for any sign of life.
Nothing.
Then, suddenly.
BANG!
Gunshot.
The bullet flew right past, centimeters away from Kara's head. It was so close it made her blond locks flick.
Kara spun around on her heels and glared at her attacker.
"That was just a warning shot." The attacker warned cooly. And he loaded the gun.
"Who are you?" Kara snapped.
"My name is Agent Micheals. And I am a loyal servant of Lillian Luthor." He said, with a smug smile.
"Why didn't she just come herself?" Supergirl questioned.
"She wanted to wait till the big moment. You'll see what that is soon enough." His smirk never wavered.
"But for now," he continued. "She wants you-gone."
And with that he pointed the gun.
He cocked it.
And pulled the trigger.
A cry of pain.
The bullet landed right in Kara's shoulder.
Agent Micheals laughed. "I thought you were made of steel. Or are you just a fake god? A quitter. A pest."
"What about the family?" Kara spat
through clenched teeth."The family? That was a hologram. There was no family!" He laughed even harder. "You're stupider then I thought."
While the Cadmus agent laughed, Kara leapt to her feet and charger her enemy.
Her body made in contact with his. The man collapsed to the ground, dropping his gun. Agent Micheals was too busy being self-absorbed and gloating to ever see it coming.
He tried to grab his gun, but the Maiden of Might picked it up and pointed it at him. The agent watched helplessly, knowing he couldn't do anything.
"I'm not going to kill you." She said calmly. "But I will make sure you can't follow me."
And with that she pointed the lethal weapon at his thigh and shot.
He screamed like a little girl and squirmed. Kara took the gun with her as she raced out, holding on hand to her bleeding shoulder.
"Oh my god, Kara what happened?" Alex asked, he voice thick with worry as they picked up Kara from the warehouse.
"Just a little gun wound, no big deal." She waved it off.
"Just a gun wound?! Kara, you could have died!" Alex exclaimed.
"Alex, I didn't. I'm fine." She reassured her, throwing up her good arm.
Alex groaned in frustration. "You have got to be more careful next time."
"Yeah, yeah." She muttered back and let the other agents bandage her wound.

Kara and Alex sat at Kara's complex and sat on the couch together where they always have their best moments. Best times. Best sister nights.
They watched an old musical and giggled as they ate pizza and cuddled close.
Nothing could ruin this night. The night was bound together by their unbreakable bond.
The sky was dark and the city was fast asleep. Kara and Alex seemed to be the only ones up, besides the twinkling stars.
Yes, they have had their ups and downs, but what sister's don't? But their ups and downs were a little more... complicated.
Fight over their dead father and whether they should trust him or not. Kryptonite in Alex's heart. And Ect.
And then something was awake. Something dark and that lurked in the shadows. Something evil.
Lillian Luthor walked in the front door, uninvited and out of the blue.
They both pounced up from their seats. This was unexpected.
"What are you doing here?" Kara snapped.
She smiled. "Oh, just stopping by. Is that not allowed?"
"Cut the crap, Luthor." Alex growled. "What are you really doing here?"
"Since Agent Micheals failed the job of killing you, why not do it myself?" She asked cooly.
And then she suddenly lunged. She grabbed a small pocket knife from her back pocket. Lillian aimed the dagger at the dynamic duo.
It took seconds for Kara to realize that she wasn't aiming for her. She was aiming for her sister.
Kara saw the sinister Luthor dive her knife inches away from Alex's heart. She saw her slow down. Almost stop.
The Girl of Steel suddenly felt a new sensation. She felt her veins burst to life. Her muscles felt a new and energy that felt way more alive.
Then it hit her.
She had her powers back.
