"Are you gonna be fine on the plane?" Finn asked earnestly as we approached the security check in.
"I'll be fine, yeah." I replied. Knowing full well that during take off and landing I'd be shaking.
It had been a week since the Sasha incident happened and we were trying to move on.
"Finn?" I asked, hesitant to continue, "What's gonna happen with us while we're apart?"
I could see he'd been thinking about it too. There wasn't much hope for us long distance. Especially with how busy he was becoming.
"We're gonna work it out okay? I love you Jade. I can't let you go. Not yet. Okay?" He sounded genuinely optimistic, but he usually was.
"Okay," I agreed and kissed him goodbye before walking through the doors.
