His love is a lie, some live deep
Some live shallow
"Loyalty is what I am, trust me, I'm on my knees, give me a chance"
But inside the truth hurts to hear
She sneers but falls on her poor judgement
They all know the dishonesty that lies in his heart, looks of pity stream in her direction
They ask if she's crazy
But he's adamant he's changed, lies.
He tried to prove himself wrong ending up with proving her right. Fake. Real.
Only leaving her in a pit of misery and him with his head held high
Oblivious to heartbreak. Void.
Is all that's left
That darkness still rides deep in his heart but he doesn't waste a moment
