"WAKE UP!"
I gasped. "Hobi, what the heck? Get off..." I groaned.
"No, you need to get up! Right now!" he cried, panicked.
I sighed. "Alright." I pushed him gently off. "Tell me what's happening."
"Someone broke in last night."
Hey, I'm suddenly awake. "What? How do you know? Are you okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine. But you need to come see this!" He grabbed my wrist and yanked. "Come on! Come on! FASTER!"
"Shut up!" I may be concerned about what was happening, but I was still tired. "Just tell me what's going on."
"I can't explain it. Just-just come on!" He continued to pull me towards the bathroom. He shoved me inside and shut the door behind him by leaning against it.
I faced him, raising an eyebrow at him. "What? What was so important that you had to wake me up?"
He said nothing. The only response I got from him was a quick eye glance to the tub behind me.
"What are you-?" I turned around, and froze.
In the bathtub lay a man. Yes, a man is in our bathtub. He slept peacefully, his head leaning against the end of the tub and one of his legs dangling over the side. He was completely still, save the moving of his chest when he breathed.
Oh, did I mention it was his bare chest?
Or the fact that he was completely naked?
I've never complimented a man on his looks, but this one was an exception. His features were...I guess the best term to use was heavenly. He had the broadest shoulders I've ever seen on a man before. It wasn't like he was jacked, but he was muscular in most aspects. He was somewhat slender with a tanned skin tone and the slight form of what seemed to be abs on his stomach. Go a few more inches south, and I'll be honest: it was pretty impressive. His legs were long and ever-so-slightly tanner than the rest of him.
So, here I am, complimenting a guy.
He's hot.
And now he's awake.
Instead of him being startled like I thought he would be, he simply turned his chin up to look at me, calm and collected. "Hello."
I blinked. "Hi." I wasn't sure what to do at this point. I mean, what do you say to a naked stranger laying in your hotel room bathtub? "Excuse us." In a swift motion, I pulled Hoseok out of the bathroom and shut the door. "Hoseok, what the hell?!"
"I don't know! I woke up, I had to pee, I went to the bathroom, and there he was!"
I face palmed. "Okay, let me think. He got through the devil's trap under the rug and the salt line and the door handle was silver. So, not a demon, ghost, or the shifter we're chasing."
"Are we sure it's a monster? I mean, this isn't typical behavior for any thing we've ever hunted."
"It isn't typical for a human being to do this either."
