Nicole’s POV

“What happened?” Niall asked looking at me and Liam

“Oh I think we all know what happened here last night” Zayn says still convinced Liam and I ‘slept’ with each other

“It’s not what you’re thinking Zayn” Louis says

“Well what is it then?” Harry says getting frustrated

“I don’t really know much of the story . . .” Louis trailed off and looks at me

I look at Liam “Can you tell the I don’t think I can”

He nods “Well Nicole was on a date with Daniel last night . . . . . . . .” Liam started telling the boys what happened last night “. . . . . . . . and that’s why she is with me and why I was hugging her”

I wiped the tears from my eyes, just hearing the story made me feel terrible

“Was that enough explanation Zayn?” I ask

“Yeah. Babe I’m really sorry, I was just joking around, I didn’t know” he came up and hugged me

“That’s alright” I say hugging him back

“But really, are you ok Nicole?” Niall asks me coming over and sitting next to me on the bed.

“Yeah -” a tear rolls down my face “I’m fine”

He pulls me into a hug “You don’t have to hide anything from us” he says soothingly

Harry came over and stands next to me.

“So where does this Daniel kid live? I think I might give him a piece of my mind. Nobody hurts my Nicole”

I laugh “Your Nicole? I’m pretty sure I’m not anyone’s Nicole anymore”

He sighs and pulls me into a hug “But really, where does he live?”

“I don’t want you getting hurt” I say pulling out of the hug and leaning into Liam’s side

“You don’t want us getting hurt? Nicole, he hurt you” Harry argued

“Harry just leave it alone” Liam says from beside me tightening his arm around me

“Thank you” I smile gratefully at Liam.

He smiles back

“So, who wants breakfast?” Niall asks. We all laugh, trust Niall to bring everything back to food.

“Oh and I got this for you” Louis said throwing a bag of clothes at me

“Thanks” I smile at him

When I was changed I looked in the mirror. My eyes were still puffy from the crying. I washed my face with water and made my way down stairs. I see Niall standing at the bottom of the stairs.

“You ready?” Niall asks

“Ready as I’ll ever be” I reply

“Alright, the boys are in the car”

We walked out to the car and I jumped in the back with Liam and Zayn. Niall was in front with Harry, Louis was driving.

“Whoa” I heard Zayn say when I got in the car

“What?” I ask

“Louis picked those clothes for you?”

“Yeah, why?” I say confused

“Really Louis?” he turns to the front

“Yes I did” Louis says from the driver’s seat

“You obviously don’t know Louis as well as I thought” I say “he has great fashion sense”

“Yeah you could say that” I hear Zayn mumble

“Can we talk about something other than my awesome fashion sense?” I hear Louis say. I laugh at his comment. For the rest of the ride we talk about random topics. These boys could make me laugh even if I was sad. That’s what I love about them

We pull up at the café and pile out of the car. As I step in the door, I see a familiar face inside.
