After the guys left, me and Claire talked about them, mostly.
"So...are you into Xander or are you not?"
"I'm-I'm not sure... I mean he was my best friend when we were little but-"
"But you're not children anymore"
"Yeah"
"Maybe he's into you as well and that's why he acts like that"
"I really don't think so... Why would he? Look at me! I'm so average"
"You?! The heck girl, you are not average! You're beautiful and good looking and I'm pretty sure Xander saw that as well" i raised my eyebrow at her "you are not seeing the way he looks at you"
"He doesn't look at me in any way"
"That's not the point! He tries not to look at you in any way but he sometimes fails and you aren't acknowledging the moments he does! Why are you so stubborn? Just accept that he likes you as well"
"No! Not until he says so"
"You're impossible, did you know that?"
"We should go to sleep"
"Okay". We slept in my room. At some point in the night we heard some noises "what's that sound?" Claire sounded worried
"Just the boys probably"
"Will!" She screamed a bit too loud. In a few seconds the door opened
"Hi babe. Why aren't you sleeping?"
"You're making too much noise, that's why"
"Sorry"
"Where's Alec?" I asked shyly
"In his room, come see him if you want"
"No-i-"
"You should come too Claire, we could play some games"
"Okay!" She jumped out of bed and dragged me with her.
"Claire, stop! I don't want to go!" I whispered. She turned to me and looked me in the eyes with that intense look of hers
"Now it's the moment to find out if he likes you or not" i hesitated a bit but she started dragging me again. We entered Alec's room and time kind of stopped. He was hurt again! He was bandaging his arm
"What happened to your arm?" I asked just a little above a whisper. He looked up just now acknowledging our presence in his room. He cleared his throat and continued to work on his bandage
"Just a scratch" Will snorted
"Scratch! Yeah right"
"Shut your mouth, William" he emphasized Will's name
"Hey! Don't call me that! You know i hate that bloody name" they both rolled their eyes. But still what happened to his arm?
"Why don't we go in the garden? Light a fire? Play some games" Claire suggested
"It's fine for me as long as we don't make a lot of noise, my dad's sleeping"
"Okay let's go!" I have no idea how she has so much energy in her at 4 in the morning. We put 4 chairs next to the fire that the boys started and we were now sitting in silence. Wonderful! Now Claire and Will were kissing in front of us! I looked down at my lap wanting the earth to swallow me. I gasped when a hand touched my arm. I looked up directly in Alec's intense blue eyes. He cleared his throat and pulled his hand back. He leaned towards me
"Are you cold?" He whispered and for a moment i swear i didn't know how to breath anymore
"A bit..." I said biting my lip
"Here" he started unbuttoning his shirt and i went bright red. He motioned for me to stand up. He put one sleeve on and then the other one. I was just standing there like a statue. He started buttoning it up. I shivered when he briefly touched my boob "sorry"
"It's ok" i took a step back and sat back down. I remembered just now that Claire and Will were there as well. Claire was looking at me while smirking and Will was trying not to. I blushed even harder. And this shirt was huge!
"So what do you want to play?" Will asked
"What about truth or dare?" Claire suggested smirking again
"Okay" I agreed a little scared "who goes first?"
"Why don't you go first, Aurora?" Suggested Will trying not to laugh
"Okay. I'll go with truth"
"Okay. Let's see. Who would you fuck from the ones that are here right now?" My smile dropped. Seriously, Will?
"Come on, Will. What are we? 4?" Alec said rolling his eyes
"If that's what it takes for Aurora to answer the question, then yes, we are 4 years old kids" Will answered grinning. Alec turned to me
"You don't have to answer, you can stop blushing so hard" i put my hands on my cheeks and they were really hot. I looked down feeling really embarrassed
"Yes, she does! It's just a game ok?" Claire protested "if she's not answering then you answer! Who would you fuck?"
"Claire!" I whispered "just change the question"
"No, it's fine. I'll answer the question." Everyone looked at Alec
