Chapter 28

We stood in the water for two hours until i got cold and suggested to go inside.

"It's late, Aurora. You should go to sleep" he said but i think he was more tired than me

"Yeah" we waited till we were dry and went inside. He walked me to my room

"Good night, Aurora" he bent down and kissed my cheek giving it a little lick that made me gasp and shiver all over. He took a step back and winked at me.

I fell asleep pretty quick. I woke up in the middle of the night after having a horrible nightmare. It took my eyes a few seconds to adjust in the dark and I almost had a heart attack when i saw someone in the dark.

"You ok?" Alec asked. His voice was tired

"Am i ok?" I repeated "no! You scared me!" I exclaimed

"Sorry" he said yawning. I took a few long breathes to calm my erratic heart.

"Go to your room" i said

"What?" He asked

"You're tired. Go sleep" i told him

"I'm not leaving" he said. I sighed. He was just impossible

"Then come here" i patted the bed "you're not sleeping on the ground"

"I'll be fine. Go back to sleep"

"For the love of God, Alec. Just come here" i said exasperated. I heard him get up then felt him get into bed. "Are you shirtless again?"

"Yeah" he said. He fell asleep before me. I was listening to his calm breath when he groaned and came very close to me. I froze not knowing what he was going to do. He moved again kicking the blanket off of him and put his head on my belly. I put my hand in his short hair massaging it slowly. He moaned and it was the most beautiful sound i ever heard. I closed my eyes still playing with his hair and i finally fell asleep.

The next morning when i woke up he scared me again. I just opened my eyes and he was staying on the bed looking at me very intent.

"Doesn't your belly hurt?" He asked looking a little mad but not at me. Was he mad at himself?

"Why would my belly hurt-?" I opened my eyes wide in realization. Because he stood with his head on it "no, no, it doesn't" i told him truthfully

"You shouldn't have let me" he shook his head. I rolled my eyes and put my head back on the pillow

"When are you gonna shave?" I asked him

"Never" he groaned and lay down next to me

"But it's way too long" i insisted. Without even thinking i passed my hand through his beard. It felt really nice

We have been shopping for 3 hours and Alec looked like he was gonna break down any second. I walked to him trying not to laugh at how annoyed he was

"I think we can go home" i smiled

"God, finally!" He huffed and grabbed all the bags from me.

"Let me carry some!" I said annoyed

"That's not gonna happen" he said. We walked to the car and he opened the door for me. He then entered as well. He was looking out the window not saying anything but not starting the car either "have you ever been drunk?" He asked

"Um no. Why?" I asked not understanding where he was going

"I'm curious about how you act when you are drunk. You wouldn't by any chance trust me enough to get drunk and let me see how you act?" He looked over at me

"Are you high?" I asked confused

"What? No" he rolled his eyes "but aren't you a little curious about how it feels when you are drunk?" He asked

"No. The question is why are you?" He just shrugged

"I dare you to get drunk tonight. I promise i won't let you do anything dangerous and I won't let you leave the house. I also promise i won't get drunk" he said daring me

"Wha- why-" i sighed "fine" i shrugged

"Are you serious?" He asked me shocked

"Can't hurt anybody, can it?" The truth was i was a little scared but at the same time excited about it
