"Rem" Koga shortly answered.

"Wait! Is that the very same one with blue eyes and hair. With  midnight blue clothes and slim armour?" Sky  descriptively asked

"Guess you've met him" Koga laughed, realising her situation. "You really are air headed!"

Sky messed her hair in frustration and slumped down on the ground with metaphorical rain clouds above her head. "How was I supposed to know!" She whined, laying on her back, blaming her luck.
All this for nothing! "Ahhh" she messed her silver locks again, sitting up "How am I supposed to find him again? He said he's heading north east but there are so many places in that direction" Her voice reduced to a squeak.

"Look at you whine" Koga commented with mirth dripping from his eyes.

Sky hurriedly got up "LIFE IS SO UNFAIRRR!!" she screamed and stomped like a kid. She broke into a run but Koga came in her way hence, she ended up in a collision with his armoured chest.

"Where do you think you are going?" Koga asked, taking hold of the girl by her arm.

"I'm going to find him" Sky answered "again"

"You look way to tired for that" Koga commented.

"It's because of you!" Sky accused, pointing a finger at him.

"Me?" Koga was surprised.

"Yes, you! I was looking for you and ran for about two days only to learn that the guy who pointed me to you is the very same guy I'm looking for!" She slapped his armoured chest. It didn't hurt him but surely made him take a couple of steps backwards.

Koga sighed "You are really messed up!" He gave a voiceless laugh face-palming himself.

Sky didn't say anything back. She puffed her cheeks and glared at him.

"Here's the deal human girl," Koga began.

"It's Sky," She interrupted.

"Ok, Sky. How about you take a couple of hours rest and give that body of yours a little time to recover. And then I'll help you find him" He proposed.

"Really?" Sky asked looking intently at him "ooook" she clapped her hands in agreement and turned away from the demon and made her way towards the river.

Ginta and Hakkaku sighed in relief.
"What's up with you guys?" She asked as she took off her converse.

"Well you see boss was insisting upon leaving but now that you are here we can rest a little longer, sister"

Sky simply smiled at them. She stepped into the water and washed her hands and face.

"Hey Koga!" She got up after a nap.

Koga just hummed and looked at her.

"I'm hungry" She complained.

"Then go find something" he suggested resuming to do whatever he was doing.

"But I'm tired" Sky said.

"I'm sure you were about to continue with your search just an hour ago" He teased.

"It's because of you!" She accused "You made me lazy!"

"How is it my fault again?" Koga stood up.

"It's ok sister, we'll find you something" Ginta offered.

"Sheesh boss, sometimes you are so bad at treating a females" Hakkaku commented only to receive a glare. Sky somewhat giggled at their antics.

"So where are you heading?" Sky asked Koga after a while.

"North-east" He shortly answered.

Sky huffs "Is everyone heading that way?"

"A huge bad aura appeared not a very long time ago. But then it disappeared" Koga explained

Sky turned when she heard footsteps coming. It was Ginta and Hakkaku returning with some food along with some other wolves belonging to their pack.

But Koga's statement stayed "what can it be?" She pensively asked.

"Naraku" Koga bitterly said "and I've got a bad feeling about it" he looks towards the river, thinking.

Koga suddenly gasps and sniffs the air. A dark liquid starts flowing down the river. Sky quickly got on her feet.

"Blood!" Sky exclaimed. A serious look invades Koga's face.

"What is it?" She asks.

"Ayame!" Was all he said before sprinting upwards.

"Hey, boss!" Ginta calls out as the pack starts running after their boss. Sky too, curious of what's happening followed them, breaking into a run.

The white wolf, Senior, from the northern wolf demon tribe, ran through the forest. The horde of demons caught up with him and bit him viciously. Senior yelled in pain. Koga suddenly leaped out and punched the demons.

"Bastards!"

Ginta, Hakkaku and their wolves came running. Sky too caught up with them.

By the river, Koga's wolf surrounded Senior, who lay weak on the ground. Some of the wolves lick his wounds.

"Forgive me… are you also of the Wolf Demon Tribe?" Senior asked

"Senior are you..." Koga trailed off unable to finish.

"Even after all the trouble you went through, I won't make it."

"Are you the senior of the North Mountains?" Koga asked.

"A while ago Ayame came to get Koga, but…" Hakkaku began

"Koga? Is Koga here?" The senior urgently asks

" I'm Koga."

The senior felt relieved and told them of the zombie who attacked them all. Forcing them to abandon their territory.

"It came from an area that lies further to the north. It's neither human nor demon. That thing has the scent of a dead person and of grave dirt. That thing has been eating all the demons in the vicinity…" Senior's voice trailed off as the life left his body

After Koga buried the demon wolf. Sky finally came to him.

"A zombie" Sky thoughtfully said "are we going?"

"Yes" Koga confirms

"But.." Hakkaku protests

"we have to check it out. How could we ignore our dead friends? Also, the dog-face is coming this way" Koga cuts him off

Sky almost panicked "Inuyasha?"

"There's no mistaking this nauseating scent. I have to get there before he does. Let's go, if you can keep up that is" Koga comments and breaks into a run.  Sky smirked a little before accepting the challenge.

"Wait a second, Koga! Sky!" Hakkaku calls out before they too start running after them.
