It was kind of a normal day before it happened. I got an panic attack. I haven't had one in weeks by now it just randomly came up.
Today's anxiety attack was worse because I couldn't fin my inhaler and I didn't know what to do.
The only way the panic attack dies down is when someone I love calms me down, somehow.
One person... there's only one person helps me better than anyone else. Whats his name? His name is Jack. Jack Dylan grazer. He's my best friend.
We've been friends since forever. We met through school but we haven't been together due to him filming but hopefully I'll be able to see him soon.

I quickly dialed Jacks number and pressed 'facetime'
He immediately responded. "Hey Mickey. Is it happening again?" He asked as he started walking somewhere.
"Y-Yeah" I said as my voice cracked a little. "It's okay Mickey remember what I showed you" he said as I started to slowly breathe in and the breath out.
It wasn't working. "Jack it's.. it's not w-working" I told him.
"Okay okay I got to go you'll find out why In 3.5 seconds" he said quickly as he hung up. I sat alone, trying to calm myself down.
About a a couple seconds later, the front door opens. Jack the rushes over to me. "J-Jack? I thought you were filming?" I asked him. He shook his head then sat down in front of me.
"Okay don't freak out after I do this" he said. "After y-you do w-w-" I tried to let out but he cut me off.
His lips were on mine. I was a little shocked.
He pulled back after a couple seconds. He smiled and then placed his hand on my shoulder.
"Are you Okay now?" He asked. I was still in shock. I couldn't speak. Why'd he kiss me?
I nodded. Then, I said something. "Why'd you kiss me?"
"Well... I read somewhere that holding your breath helps and I've always had this crush on you since the day we met and-" he stopped himself once he noticed what he said. I giggled
"You like me jack?" I said with a smile and a small laugh. He nodded while saying "y-yeah.. yea" finally admitting that he has a crush.
"Well, I may not show it but.. I like you too jack attack" I said as I pulled him in for a hug. "Thank you for always being there" I lightly said into his ear.
"Thank you for actually letting me kiss you. I thought you were gonna pull away or kick me out and never talk to me again" he said awkwardly while laughing a little.
"I'll always be there for you"
