Chapter 9

Y/N POV

Before you realize it though it's Valentine's Day. 

You weren't expecting much but you know Taehyung can be super cheesy. 

You were waiting in your room when he came over. 

He handed you hand picked cherry blossoms that he knew you loved. 

He told you beautiful flowers for my beautiful girlfriend. 

You gasped. 

He gave you a big box of chocolates, the really expensive kind and last of all a plushie of your favorite cat. 

Jiji was your favorite cat from the Miyazaki film Kiki's Delivery Service. 

He knew you so well it made you blush. 

Looking at him you could tell he was so proud of himself. 

He told you he was taking you out to eat, but it was a surprise. 

He walked you to the car and opened the door for you. 

You get in wondering where he is taking you. 

He gets in and gets the car started to where you are going.

You hold hands on the way there. 

You end up at your favorite hole in the wall restaurant. 

The one you went to with him on Valentine's Day last year but as just friends. 

You had been there many times after that, it was both of yours favorite place to eat. 

You are about to get out of the car when Taehyung comes running to your door and opening it for you. 

He tells you to next time wait. 

You giggle at him. 

You get into the restaurant and you get seated right away. 

The waiter asks what you want, Taehyung says two waters and endless Korean barbecue. 

You look at him shocked. 

Did he just say what you thought he said? 

You ate here frequently enough but not the endless barbecue often, so it was a welcomed treat. 

Eventually the food comes out, he starts grilling the meat. 

Once it's done you both start digging in, you start inhaling your food right away you were so hungry. 

You look up when you hear Taehyung giggling at you. 

You ask him what he was laughing at. 

He says you, since you must be hungry. 

Oh great he noticed your enthusiasm for the food. 

You reply with so what if I'm hungry. 

He just smirks and tells you how cute you are eating like that. 

His words make you turn bright red. 

Which makes him laugh harder. 

Great!

You try to hide your face behind your hands. 

Taehyung states it's ok Y/N I still love you. 

You uncover your face to look at him with a face of shock. 

He hasn't said the love word yet!!

We haven't said I love you to each other yet!!! 

He must have noticed quickly saying sorry if that was too soon.
