Chapter 29

Y/N POV

Shortly after all the craziness that happened on the trip it was time for you to graduate college.

You are finally going to have your certificate of Early Childhood!!!

You were excited to be done with classes, homework and tests.

But you are going to miss just chilling around campus and hanging out in the dorms doing whatever with all your friends.

You are especially going to miss Taehyung though!!!

He unfortunately has one more semester before he graduates.

Your family of course has to have a party.

Complete with decorations of your school colors and pictures of you from birth to today.

You had centerpieces you made with pictures of yourself and items sticking out of different things you liked.

Your mom made beef bulgogi, rice and lots of banchans.

You love bulgogi but you also didn't want to make it too complicated of a dish for her to prepare.

There are going to be a lot of people attending this party.

So you needed a lot of food.

You helped your mom out getting everything ready for the party.

Luckily Taehyung was there to help out too.

Your parents are nice enough to make sure the party was on a day so he could be there as well.

You are grateful for that, for one reason you wouldn't see him much into this last semester of his and for another was you wanted him to meet more of your family.

He is your fiancé now he should see and get to know your side of the family sooner rather than later.

Eventually the time came for the party to start, everything was ready and well presented.

The guests started arriving, you tried your best to greet each one.

But with so many people flooding in it was hard to do.

Taehyung graciously stayed by your side.

You continuously had to introduce almost every person to him and explain how you knew them far as friends or how they are related to you.

Some he knew being the small amount of family he had already met or your friends you both shared from college.

Sometimes you needed help in remembering how they are related to you, a lot of your family showed up that you hardly see and just barely knew what side of the family they are on.

You couldn't remember if they are distant cousins or what to call them.

Each time you did the introductions you got to say your favorite word now, fiancé.

You got to introduce the love of your life as your fiancé.

Everyone seemed to be happy about the news and genuinely like Taehyung.

In your opinion you didn't know how anyone wouldn't like Taehyung.

He is a sweetie with a heart of gold.

You hadn't really eaten much yet, you were so busy getting ready.

You could feel your energy draining and your stomach rumbling.

You look around wondering where Taehyung went.

He was just with you a couple of seconds ago.

You walk through the crowd of people at the party trying to find him.

You eventually have to stop and sit down, the feeling of faint was upon you.

You stare blankly at the table trying to get the motivation to go get food.

You are shaken from your blank state when you see a cup of water and a plate of food being placed in front of you.

You glance up to see Taehyung with a worried expression on his face.

"Y/N please eat some you are turning as pale as a ghost."

It takes all your energy to bring the food from your plate to your mouth.

Once you have eaten some you start to feel better.

"Thanks Taehyung I guess I forgot to eat a lot today."

He just replies "Yeah I noticed that's why I brought you food, I know how you get when you don't and I would have gotten it to you sooner but I had to search for you."

You giggle.

He was always looking out for you.

"Wait! Taehyung have you eaten yet?"

"Yes Y/N unlike you I actually remember to always eat."

As he sticks his tongue out at you and folds his arms looking defiantly at you.

You can't help but laugh at him, he is trying so hard to reprimand you for not eating but the way he is doing it just too funny to you.

Seeing you laugh seems to bring a slight smile to his face.

"Ok Taehyung I will be better at remembering to eat even when I am busy."

"Good, otherwise I worry about you Y/N."

That was the last thing you wanted him to do was worry about you all the time.

You did that enough for the both of you anyway.

You and Taehyung get through the rest of the party and help with the clean up.

You got to see a lot of people you hope to see soon again on your wedding day.

The thought always brings a smile to your face.

You are marrying Taehyung, the love of your life, what more could you want?!!
