Chapter 37

Y/N POV

You are so excited to hear that Taehyung finally got a new job!!! 

He will be working in a call center but he gets paid more and has benefits that are included. 

You knew he was alright with working at the sandwich shop but he didn't want to do it forever. 

It was nice to finally know he was somewhere else now. 

You knew he is meant for something greater then just working in a sandwich shop. 

You didn't quite know what yet but he could definitely do better. 

You hoped this job would work out. 

He is a hard worker and always tries to do his best. 

Anyone would be lucky to have him as an employee. 

You continued to plan out the wedding and get stuff ready for it. 

You want all the bridesmaids in dresses of dark purple. 

You had some that are tall and some that are short. 

You thought it was best for you to pick the color and each girl could pick their own style of dress in that color so they would be comfortable and maybe wear it again then. 

You discussed with Taehyung what color suit the men should wear, he of course wants black. 

You are fine with that it's simple, elegant, traditional but most men look really good in black anyway. 

You also really wanted to see Taehyung in a nice tailored black suit. 

You knew he would look amazing in it but he didn't wear suits often. 

You slightly wished he did. 

You finally decide what the bridesmaids would be carrying instead of flowers. 

You want them to hold paper fans all decorated with pretty pink cherry blossoms. 

Each fan is personalized with your name and Taehyung's name and the wedding date. 

You were trying to figure out what to get for the guests to take home. 

Chopsticks seemed appropriate and you found adorable black ones embellished with small pink cherry blossoms. 

The chopsticks were slightly feminine but with the black background color you thought even men could appreciate them. 

You went with your mom to different places to find a place to rent tablecloths from. 

You luckily found one that had decent prices and all the right colors. 

Some were even sparkly which you are very fond of. 

You were and probably always will be a girly girl. 

If it sparkled you wanted it and liked it a lot more. 

It was time to start dress shopping. 

You are super excited!!! 

This is the one thing you have been wanting to do the most since you got engaged. 

Your mom has also been looking forward to it as well. 

You made appointments at a couple different places. 

A few of the really expensive dress shops, some middle of the road in prices and like one cheaper shop. 

You had been looking at ideas online for months before going to any of the shops. 

You knew some of what you wanted in a dress. 

You knew you wanted a sweetheart neckline for sure. 

You believe you want a mermaid cut dress with lace. 

You were sure you needed lace straps or sleeves, with a pretty lace back. 

You are almost certain this is what you are going to get when you go to your first store. 

You figure this is the only time you get to look at wedding dresses you might as well try on all the dresses that interest you. 

Usually that ended up being a lot of them. 

You would try some in the style that was your vision, some not, and some bizarre ones just for fun. 

Each time you try on a dress you would look in the mirror and discuss with your mom what you liked about it and what you didn't. 

The nice thing is each store was very helpful in getting you into the dresses and getting you out of them. 

They would take the ones you were done with and bring you others if you wanted them. 

It was nice to feel you were being waited on hand and foot by the workers. 

The second store you go to you try on this white ball gown, it has your sweetheart neckline, straps you can add that has sparkly jewels on them, a built in belt that is also sparkled with jewels as well and a the entire dress is made out of a sparkly material. 

It so beautiful and you can't find anything you don't like about it. 

You show your mom and she agrees you look stunning, like a bride should. 

You are not ready to be done looking though so end up going to more stores.

But every dress you try on you end up comparing to the ball gown. 

You can't get it out of your mind. 

You tell your mom that is the dress you want. 

You end up going back to the store to get it, but it's already sold.............thankfully they can order one to be made for you. 

You finally have your dress. 

It felt even more real. 

This was the dress you are going to wear when you marry Taehyung. 

You couldn't wait to walk down the aisle in that dress!!! 

To see his face and his reaction to you in that dress.
