Chapter 34

Taehyung POV

The semester was finally over for you, no more homework, tests or teachers.

You were so happy to be done.

You are now graduating, oddly enough with two majors.

You didn't plan it out that way but only needed a few more classes in your last semester to finish another major so why not.

Your parents decided to have a graduation party.

Luckily it was going to be in the town you grew up in.

Y/N could make it then since it's only an hour away.

You are glad she can come.

You missed her so much barely seeing her during your last semester.

You get her for the whole day!!!

She came early to help set up.

You couldn't help staring at her, she was beautiful as ever.

You occasionally glanced at the food as well.

It smelled so good, it was your favorite and the best part was your mom made it.

You knew homemade food was always the best!!!

After awhile guests start to show up.

You introduce them all to Y/N, your fiancé.

You loved saying that word as much as you could.

Everyone wanted to see the ring, telling you that you did a good job picking it out.

Your heart would flutter every time you saw it on her finger.

She is yours, and only yours!!!

A great deal of your family made it to your party, most were a couple days drive if not more.

You got to see family you hadn't seen in years.

It was nice to catch up with them and all your old childhood friends.

It was especially nice to have Y/N by your side through it all.

You knew she wasn't the greatest around lots of strangers but she was trying her best.

You knew she wanted to get to know your family and all the friends that are still apart of your life.

You are grateful of that.

She truly is your other half.

You could see her glancing at the projector, your mom had made a slideshow of photos from your childhood.

They were all great memories, it was nice to go down memory lane occasionally.

You heard your mother telling Y/N about each picture.

You could tell how proud your mom was that you were graduating and planned a life with Y/N.

She doted over Y/N like she was her own daughter.

You wanted to make sure this time Y/N ate instead of almost passing out like the last graduation party.

You told her to go eat.

She willingly got a plate of food.

You noticed she sat down with your mother's parents.

Grandma would definitely talk to Y/N till she turned blue.

Grandma was always talking forever and a day.

You decide to grab food and sit with them.

You ask what Y/N and grandma were talking about.

Y/N states oh just about your childhood.

You respond with you hope it's not the embarrassing moments.

Y/N laughs saying not too embarrassing.

You tell her ok good, she doesn't need anymore arsenal to tease you with.

You stick out your tongue at her.

She glares intensely at you while replying with that's not funny, as she then crosses her arms.

She is so adorable when she is mad, it almost makes you want to tease her more.

You chuckle at her uttering aw but it's fun to tease her too, she is so cute when she tries to be angry at you.

She immediately states try, who says she is trying, she is angry at you.

You aren't fooled though, you know very well she can never stay mad at you for very long.

You grab her hand pulling it closer to your lips.

You gently kiss the back of her hand.

You proudly tell her she can't stay mad at you for long.

You knew you were right but she wasn't giving in just yet.

You began to make weird faces at her hoping to make her laugh and throw off her anger.

Your strategy worked, she started laughing and ended up laughing so hard she was holding her sides in pain.

Well at least you won.

You finished out the party continuing to talk to the guests.

Finally it was time to clean up, Y/N stayed to help.

You were slightly sad the day had ended but were excited for the next chapter in your life of marrying Y/N.

You would get to see all the folks you saw today again then.

How slow would the time go before then?!
