Madison's POV:
We just finished eating Lisa's delicious food and we're waiting for Sean to finish making dessert.

I was sat by Ethan and Layla while Lisa sat opposite me. 'So Mad's, you look very grown up tonight you are very beautiful darling' she says and I smile in return. 'Thank you Lisa'. 'She is isn't she?' Ethan says and my cheeks go slightly pink. Did he actually just say that. I front of everyone here. 'Oh Ethan has a crush' Lisa jokes and we giggle. Little does she know though. It got kind of awkward so that's when Gray butted in. 'So mom what's dad making for dessert?' Thank god he changed the subject. He must have seen me getting uncomfortable.

'Oh he's made chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream' she replies. As if on que in enters the twins' dad with bowls of ice cream& cake.

'Thank you both for the food' I say before Ethan asks me to go back upstairs with him.

Lauren, and Brandon had gone while Gray took Layla home. So it was only Ethan and I out of our friends left.

While Ethan pees I decide to check my phone that I left charging in his room. As soon as the screen lights up my smile disappears from my face instantly.

Except for some people liking my recent Instagram photo... the whole screen was filled with messages from an unknown number.

Unknown Number: thought you get away from me that easily? Your boyfriend doesn't scare me
Unknown Number: but you both should be scared of me... or I could just steal him off you.
Unknown Number: it will happen baby girl, just you wait and see.

I felt a lump in my throat because of the person that it might be. The first person that came to mind.

Lucas.. and they say that girls are the psychos.

As soon as I hear the restroom door handle open I close my phone and take a deep breath. Do I tell him?

I don't want him to get dragged into it.

'Omg Mad's look at this vid-' he begins to say until he sees the expression on my face. 'Wow what's wrong?' He asks putting his phone down and sits us both on his bed.

'Nothing it's okay' I lied. 'Mad's I'm not that stupid. I've been with plenty of girls to know when they're lying' I roll my eyes at the cockiness then let out a breath.

I then showed him the texts and I bounced my leg up and down from nerves. 'What the fuck?' He says. 'He has the nerve' he says a bit louder standing up aswell. 'He can't say that to you-' he starts to pace around his room. Why was he getting this frustrated?

'E calm down its okay' I say standing up and pulling his arm away from the back of his head.'No it's not Madison, he's basically threatening us, the dick' he snaps making me flinch slightly. He notices and comes closer. 'I'm sorry, I didn't mean to be that angry or loud' he says looking into my green eyes pulling my arms to hug him.

'It's okay, I understand why you're mad' I say into his chest. I feel him kiss the top of my head. 'It's gonna be okay, I won't let him hurt you okay?' I nod and let go of the hug.

I decided to head home after that so I could have an early night before school. I could tell tomorrow's not going to be good, I just have that gut feeling.

The next day I was running off 4 hours of sleep and 2 cups of coffee for school.

I'm just lucky that we only have two weeks left and then we're free. I can do whatever I want.

After saying goodbye to my dad I drove my brother and myself to school.

After departing from him since he has math and I have gym first I head to my locker to get my sneakers.

Hopefully Alyssa the bitch doesn't try and attempt to break my arm in cheer this time around.

I reach my blue locker and start to put my unwanted files into it. After I get my sneakers I go to close the door of my locker until suddenly it got slammed shut by a figure standing by me.

I look up and flinch at who I see. Is he seriously coming to this school?

'Lucas what the hell are doing here?' I ask in anger and frustration. 'Why are you complaining baby girl?' I roll my eyes and grab my gym bag to head to the sports hall. Then Lucas grabs my arm. 'Get off me you dick' he acts taken back but I don't know why. He knows exactly why I hate him.

'I'm here because my dad said I needed to explore the town, and I knew I would see you here' he says winking. Can I be sick now?

'Well you guessed right, but can you leave me alone now?' I ask bluntly then taking his hand off my arm. 'That's not going to happen' I go to turn away before he could do or say anything else and head to cheer and gym class.

I'm lucky that it's kind of cold today so I'm just wearing my black booty shorts, my grey cheer hoodie with the blue and green logo on it and my adidas sneakers.

Lauren done my hair in cute plaits which I was kind of digging since we matched with each other.

As I'm tying up my black laces sitting my bum on the bench in the changing room I hear the most irritating voice hit my ears.

'Okay girls were gonna do a new routine today so we're starting now... Madison sweetie please hurry up, we're starting without you' Alyssa says acting all bitchy.

Who on earth made her captain.?

Alyssa and all the other cheer girls walk out as I go to get my water from my bag. I then back around and I'm pushed to the wall.

'What the fu-' I get cut off by him... Lucas. 'Shh baby, we don't want people to hear'
'Yes I do, you're hurting me you freak' I say loudly and then he pushes me against the wall even harder.

'Get off me, it fucking hurts Lucas' I shout. He tells me to shut up and snakes his arms around my waist then squeezing my ass trying to kiss my neck harshly.

I start to shout even more.

Then I'm relived when the door bursts open revealing one of my favourite faces... Ethan aka my fake boyfriend. Aka my crush.

'Get off her' he shouts and runs up to us and rips him off me. Lucas swings to punch Ethan but I push him away. As Lucas fell to the floor I hug Ethan, 'thank you E' my voice cracked. 'Did he hurt you?'
'No I didn't' Lucas said from the floor. 'He did but I'm fine, I'll be okay Ethan'
'I wish I got here sooner babe' Ethan says. He probably only said that for show.

Ethan's POV:
I hate seeing her in such a state, especially being hurt by this dick over here. Then in comes Alyssa and I notice Mad's rolling her eyes. She's so cute when she's annoyed.

'Oh Ethan what are you doing in here?.. with her?' She said the first part flirty then the second in disgust.

'Because Lucas was hurting her, now get out of my way' I say still holding onto Madison and pushed Alyssa out of the way.

'You're hot when you're mad E' she says but I block her out and focus back on Madison's safety.
