Chapter Seven

Marcus and Mya were now at mine and we was in my garden. She was enjoying the trampoline while we was sitting on the patio taking in the sun. Mya was a lovely 4 year old. I don't know why I was nervous she warmed to me very well. I was trying hard for her to like me though giving her sweets even though Marcus said no, but it was our little secret.
"She's really amazing you know Marcus."
"Im glad you think that, cause thats my world right there" he said not taking his eyes of Mya. I thought it was so cute the way he looked at her you could tell he loved her so much. He really was a great dad. There weren't many guys out there that would be raising their daughter on their own. I mean he had his family but for her to be raised with no mother that just shocks me.
"Kiyah come jump with me" called Mya.
"Okay one second." I got up and took my shoes off and walked over to the trampoline and got to jumping with Mya.

Jinx POV
Watching Kiyah and my daughter enjoy each others company made me happy. Im glad Mya likes her cause thats my approval.
We were now inside chilling in Kiyahs room. She put on some kiddy programmes on her ipad for Mya to watch. We were sitting on her bed whilst Mya insisted on sitting on Kiyahs huge beanbag she had in her room.
"You do a lot of shopping yeah?" I questioned pointing over to the bags of clothes in the corner. She laughed.
"Not normally, I'm going on holiday in a few weeks so I've been getting ready for that."
"Ahh say swear. Where you going?"
"Jamaica."
"Jamaica!" I said kinda shouting. She laughed.
"Yeah why you saying it like that?"
"Cause I'm going in a few weeks too what dates you going"
"Oh my god isit!? And I fly out the 11th and coming back the 22nd."
"Swear I'm flying out the 9th! Where you staying hotel? Or with family?"
"Hotel in Ocho Rios. The Riu." My eyes nearly popped out my head when she said that.
"Don't lie we're staying there too. You see how gods is tryna pull us together" I said through laughs making her laugh.
"Naa thats actually mad. What a coincidence" she said covering her mouth.
"I know its all mad. Who you going with?"
"You remember Shayna and Jade? I was with Shayna when we saw each other in westfield that day and Jades the one that was in the Rave with the blue dress if you remember." I then remembered who she was talking about after thinking about it.
"Oh yeahh. What you saying girls trip to yard yeah gonna gwann baddd!" We both started laughing.
"Not even just tryna get some sun, go a few parties, bun some grade and enjoy" she said smiling.
"Listen to you about bun some grade. Your too pretty to be bunning anything" I said making her blush.
"I dont smoke all the time though I'm not a smoker but I mean how can you go Jamaica and not" she said laughing making me laughing.
"True. I'll low you."
"Who are you going with anyway?" She asked me.
"Nuff of my family are going cah my mum and step dad are getting married."
"Awwwwwwwe thats so cute. I'd love to get married in the caribbean. There so lucky aww how sweet." I started to laugh at how excited she was.
"Why you laughing?" She asked as she playfully screwed me.
"Don't worry" I said laughing.
"What you mean don't worry?"
"Dont worry init. Just worry about looking good for me in those bikinis in jamaica" I told her smirking pointing at her shopping bags.
"Whatever Marcus can you remember your daughter is in here." She said laughing.
"Shes in her own world with her shows on trust me." I laughed.
"Whatever boy!" She said getting up.
"Im coming back I need to go check on the lamb chops." She said walking out her door.
"You okay Mymy?" I asked.
"Yes daddy" she said turning to smile at me. She diverted her eyes straight back to the screen quickly. Shortly Kiyah came back into the room.
"Mya what do you want with your dinner darling macaroni cheese or mash?" Kiyah asked.
"Ummmmmm" Mya said thinking.
"Macaroni cheese pleaseeeeeee" she said showing all her teeth making me and Kiyah laugh.
"Okay baby" Kiyah said coming over to the bed.
"What if I wanted mash?" I asked smirking.
"Then you'd be making that mash nigga. Princesses get to choose don't they Mya" she said chuckling. Mya nodded her head whilst still paying close attention to the ipad.
"So what you guys are ganging up  on me now" I said pinning Kiyah down on the bed whilst she laughed struggling to get free.
"Get off me Marcus"
She started to try and kick me which I found funny cause she thought she was doing something she weren't . After playing around for a little bit more I finally let her go.
"So silly you are" Kiyah said screwing. I just laughed at her.
After a while of chilling and eating we watched a movie with Mya and she started to fall asleep. I looked at the time which was about 7:30pm. I thought I better starting getting a move on as it was going to take about a hour to get back to north london. Plus Mya needs to be in bed right about now anyway. I started to get me and Mya ready and we said our goodbyes to Kiyah and her family. I made my way to the car and strapped Mya in her car seat and jumped in the drivers side and started my long journey back home.
After about an hour we finally arrived to a quiet home. Mya was sleeping so I had to carry her. I took her in her room took of her shoes and changed her into her pjs. I then laid her down in her bed and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
"Daddy loves you baby" and with that I left the room and went into mine. I changed my clothes and threw on some shorts and t-shirt. I went into my side draw and took out my stash to bill up. After i finished billing up I slid on my sliders went downstairs into the garden and light my spliff. About half way through my spliff I started to feel the high. I started thinking about Kiyah and what a good girl she was. Im really feeling her and it helps that my daughter likes her a lot too. I took my phone out my pocket went on whatsapp and scrolled down to Kiyahs name.

After a while of messaging back and forth I finished off my spliff went back upstairs to check on Mya and chilled in my room watching movies till I fell asleep.
