Chapter Fifteen

Jinx POV

"Daddy I'm hungry" Mya whined in the back of the car.
"Don't worry baby girl we're gonna go inna bit. Kiyah will be out soon."
We were outside Kiyahs job waiting for her. Her car was in the garage till tomorrow so I came to pick her up so she didn't have to go on public transport I know she hated that.
We've been together for a couple months now and it was going good to be fair. I met her dad a couple weeks back and he didn't seem to like the idea of his baby girl having a boyfriend. I understood where he was coming from because I have a daughter so I explained that to him and he seemed to be cool after that, well so he seemed.
I was knocked out my thoughts from Kiyah knocking on the window. I unlocked the doors and Kiyah got into the car.
"Hey baby" she said giving me a peck on the lips.
"And hello to my favourite little princess in the whole wide world" she said turning around to give Kiyah a kiss.
"I'm your favourite person not just princess" Mya said making us laugh.
"Yes of course you are my favourite person MyMy" Kiyah responded.
"Yaaaaaaaay" Mya shouted making us laugh again.
"Where we going babe yours or mine?" Kiyah asked me.
"We'll go mine cause Myas got nursery in the morning but just gonna go nandos or somewhere quick cause she said shes hungry."
"Ahh great I'm starving."
"Fattie" I joked poking her tummy.

We were now at nandos having a look through the menu. Well I was, Mya and Kiyah always got the same thing when they came but I wanted to try something different today.

"Daddy I'm hungry" whined Mya crossing her arms.
"Me too baby girl, I'm gonna take her to order now cause your tryna make us die of starvation babe" Kiyah told me whilst getting her and Mya up.
"Alright I'm coming" I said and stood up and walked behind the two.
Watching my daughter which was my life and Kiyah hand in hand talking away made me happy I can't lie. Sometimes I wish Kiyah was my first choice instead of Bria but then I wouldn't have Mya so it was a bittersweet thought.
"Babe what do you want?" Kiyah said interrupting my thoughts.
"Erm let me just have a double chicken wrap and chips."
"How spicy would you like it sir?" The women behind the till asked.
"Extra hot please."
"Ooo I see you like it spicy" she said eyeing me up and down biting her lip. I took a glimpses at Kiyah and she looked like she wanted to slap the girl.
"Sorry?" Kiyah said with attitude, placing herself in front of me.
"Ermm sorry is he your boyfriend?" The girl said smirking.
"What does it look like? Fucking disrespectful acting like you didn't hear me call him babe. Can't stand these bitches and she wann be there smirking like I won't lick it down." Kiyah said loudly making other people look at what was going on.
"Ki, remember Myas here" I said reminding her. I weren't even going to tell her to calm down because she has every right to be angry and I knew she would think I'm defending the girl. I would go mad if a man was trying to flirt with her right in my face. When I said that her face softened.
"Sorry. Come My we're going to sit down" she said picking up Mya whilst still screwing the girl walking back to the table leaving me at the till to pay.
"How do you even put up with that gosh" the girl said scoffing. I really wanted to give her a little backhand but I don't put my hands on girls my parents taught me better than that.
"Just give me the fucking total of the food. If my daughter weren't here I would have let her fuck you up." She looked scared after I said that to her and did exactly what I had said. I took the cups and went to get drinks for me and my girls and then went back to the table. Kiyah seemed to calm down a little but that was maybe it was because she was being entertained by Mya.
"You okay babe?" I asked her giving her a kiss on her cheek.
"Yeah im fine. Some girls can be really disrespectful" she sighed shaking her head.
"Yeah I know man but lucky all I want is you" I said giving her a peck on her soft lips.
"You always know what to do or say init mr smooth" she said smiling.
"Mr smooth unah, don't make me sound like no fool" I said chuckling. At that moment our food came.
"Hey guys, I'm the manager here another colleague told me what happened with my staff member I do apologise and heres some nandos cards for a free meal next time you guys come. They can only be used once and in any nandos." She said smiling.
"Thank you" me and Kiyah said in unison. She gave us a smile then walked away.
"Well now we got free food" Kiyah said wiggling.
"You see how I say you're a fattie" I said laughing at her.
"Kiyah can you cut my chicken for me please" Mya asked.
"Of course baby girl" she replied and she went to help her. After that we all ate our food and headed back to the car to make our long journey back home to north.
