Chapter Eight

Kiyah POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm pounding in my ear. I turned it off and saw that I had a message from Marcus.

Jinx💯: Have a safe flight😘

I just looked at it and smiled. Its been a few weeks since Marcus came to mine with Mya. We have been getting much closer over the past few weeks. He's been round mind and I've been round his these past few weeks. My family seem to like him a lot and they adore Mya which I'm happy about cause I didn't know how they would feel about me talking to someone with a child.
Today was the day me and the girls were going to JA!  We was all so excited to go. I needed a break. Marcus flew out 2 days ago so he was already on snap living up in the sun making me jealous. I can't wait to get there with my girls. I looked at the time and saw it was 4:17am already shit. I needed to hurry up because Jade and Shayna were coming to mine a 5am. We had already pre-ordered a cab for 5:15am to take us to Gatwick. I hopped out of my bed and quickly spread my bed. I went in the bathroom brushed my teeth and then began to shower.
After showering I went back into my room and began to cream my body with some coconut oil. I sprayed some body spray and put on my deodorant. I put on a pink lacey bra and thong set on. I then started to put on my clothes I had laid out on my chair from the night before. I wore a tight fitting khaki green and black nike tracksuit with a black nike sports bra underneath. I took off my bonnet and began to part my hair up in two sections. I tied the front up and wet down the curls at the back and added some leave in conditioner and coconut oil. I then wet down the front half a little and added some leave in conditioner and coconut oil. I then slicked the front half up into a pony tail. I didn't put any make up on as I didn't like travelling in make up.
I went to wash my hands and finished off the last little bits of packing I had to do for my hand luggage. I then picked up my phone and noticed it was 5:05am and Jade and Shayna still weren't here. I went to my call log and called Jade.
*RING RING* *RING RING*
"I was just about to call you, we're outside."
"Okay coming" with that I hung up the phone and went downstairs to open the door.
"Heyyy" Shayna and Jade said at the same time making me laugh.
"Heyy, I hope you guys didn't forget nothing" I said whilst standing to the side whilst they wheeled their suitcases in.
"Im definitely packed I had me and my mum both go over the checklist more than twice" Shayna said.
"Same, I defo got everything" Jade said agreeing.
"Good. The cab will be here soon let me just go say bye." Everyone was still sleeping but my mum did say wake her before I left to say bye. I went to her room first and saw her laying there peacefully. I went over to her and shook her a little.
"Mum"
"Mmm" she said waking out of her deep slumber.
"Im going now mum love you tell Kieron and Kiara I said bye."
"Okay baby have a safe flight and stay safe please" she said hugging me and kissing my cheek.
"Okay bye mum love you"
"Love you too baby" with that I went back to my room pulled on my black ultra huaraches. Just then my phone began to ring.
"Hello" I answered.
"Hello miss your cab to gatwick is outside"
"Okay I'll be down in a second" with that I hung up the phone. I checked I had everything and began to go downstairs with my hand luggage and suitcase.
"The cabs here guys" I told them. We all headed for the door and loaded our suitcases into the taxi and began our journey.

Soon enough we were at the airport. It was now coming up to 6:40am and our flight was at 10am so that gave us plenty of time. We went to check in and lined up for about 15 minutes before checking in our cases and receiving our boarding passes. We then went through security that took about another 35 minutes because Shayna wouldn't stop beeping when she went through the monitor so they searched her and her bags which she wasn't to happy about.
We were now looking for something to eat because we were all starving. We found somewhere to eat, ordered then sat down waiting for the food.
"11 fucking pounds for an english breakfast" Shayna said looking at her receipt in disgust.
"I know its expensive in airports" I said agreeing.
"Their taking the piss this airport. First they thought Shayna was a criminal now I'm spending racks on breakfast." Jade said making us all laugh.
"Your so dumb" I said to Jade laughing. The waiter bought our food over and we began to eat.
"Are you excited to see Marcus then"Jade said with a mouth full of food. I laughed.
"Well yeah. He such a nice guy."
"I bet he is" Shayna said winking whilst put her two fingers on either side of her mouth and sticking her tongue out. Jade and I both gasped and burst out in laughter.
"You are so wrong"Jade said trying to contain her laughter.
"She is init" I said still laughing.
"Do you think you guys will do anything this holiday?" Jade asked.
"Well I definitely know I'm not having sex with him. Thats out the window but I mean if he wants to you know again I guess I don't mind." I said shyly.
"Well look at you, someones getting a bit freaky aren't they Jade"
"Yes someone is Shayna"
"You two shut up" I said laughing.
After a while of talking and eating we went to look around duty free and got some snacks for the plane. Soon enough it was time to board the plane.
As soon as we started flying I conked out.
