Chapter 3

The graduation went by quick. Names were called in alphabetical order, according to last name. Once everyone's name was called, our principal, Mr. Smith, announced
"Ladies and gentlemen, these are your graduates of the class of 2017!" Hats in the air, cheering, applauding.

Everything would have been perfect if what happened earlier didn't happen.
Cara, Matthew, Aaron, me and ...Edwin, we couldn't stay for long we had to get back to The Academy. (Amanda didn't attend our school) We were all excited, Cara was the most since Keith was coming she wore her favorite turquoise dress and her blond hair in a ponytail the dress made her green eyes look more blue and it looked good against her fair skin, the Academy didn't usually allow humans in, but they did allow human mates in for special occasions.

The guys had to wear tuxedos, and the girls dresses (duh), all the guys looked good.

Matthew had fair skin, his blond hair swept to the right, and his hazel eyes were sparkling.

Amanda was wearing a light red dress, it looked good on her fair skin, her blond hair loose, which was shoulder length, and her gray eyes full of excitement. Matthew and Amanda had been mates for 2 years they were really cute together.

Aaron who was the youngest, and a little bit of an over achiever since he is only 16 and graduated with Cara, Keith, Matthew, Amanda, Edwin, and I who are 18. He had tan skin, and his light brown hair spiked up at the front and his green eyes were full of happiness, unfortunately he didn't have a mate, yet.

Edwin, he always looked good, fair skin, brown hair swept to the right, and gray eyes.

I was wearing a blue dress, hoping that it would look nice against my tanned skin, and hopefully it made my dark brown eyes appear lighter. I just wish I did something a little different with my hair, it was to my left side braided.

The other 4, two guys and two girls were also 18 except for one girl, Chloe who was 16. I talked to all of them so I knew who they were.

Ryder had short dirty blond hair and light blue eyes, and fair skin he too had it spiked up like Aaron.

His brother Ryan had brown hair and darker blue eyes, but he was a bit more tan.

Chloe had brown hair and green eyes, her pink dress looking good on her fair skin and her hair loose which was around shoulder blade length, her cousin Kristen had blond hair and green eyes, her black dress looked nice against her fair skin.

I was a little disappointed, since only 10 (including me) trainees were being promoted.

There we 5 possible promotions; trainer, hunter/huntress, healer, teacher, and the most common, guard. There were some that were really good, and if approved by the 3 main professors, they were able to get 2 promotions.
