"Edwin? Did something happen between us?" He tensed up.
"Why do ask Tess?"
"Well we just seem closer than before."
"How closer would you say?"
"A lot closer, you getting flowers taking me to the movies, getting me a lot of stuffed animals. I mean, why didn't we ever do these things before?"
He seems to be thinking of the right words before he can respond.
"Because I never knew how much you meant to me, until I almost lost you. When I heard what happened I felt like dying. I couldn't stand the the thought of never seeing you again."
"Aw that's so sweet Edwin." He leans in to kiss me, but before he can, I get a strange feeling of someone calling my name.
"Did you hear that?"
"Hear what Tess?"
"Someone...Calling my name..."
"I didn't hear anything."
"I guess it was just my imagination."
So as we continue to the movies I get the same strange feeling of someone calling my name.
"Are you feeling okay Tess?"
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Are you sure? If you not feeling okay I can take you back home."
"No. It's okay, I'm okay. And besides it's early, it's only 2:45pm. We have like 9 hours left."
"Okay Tess, if that's what you want."
"Yes I do. So stop worrying too much and let's go watch the movie."
According to Edwin, the movie was about 2 hours long, I didn't pay much attention to it, I was to busy thinking about the voice that was calling my name. It didn't stop.
"Edwin, I'll be right back."
"Okay babe, don't take long, I'll tell you if you missed anything."
As I was going to the ladies room, I started to get light-headed. I went in and bumped into a lady who seemed to be in her late 40s
"Sorry ma'am."
I walked to the sink. Trying to steady myself. I looked up and saw a huge wolf with jet black fur. I jumped back scared but there was nothing. Just me in the restroom. I looked back at my reflection and I notice my eyes, they weren't dark brown, but a light lavender.
I blink once and they are back to their normal color. Dark brown.
"What is wrong with me?"
I leave the restroom and go back to the movie room.
"I'm back what did I miss?"
"Babe you missed a lot! What took you so long."
"The..uh, um all the stalls were occupied."
"Well it turns out the bad guy is his brother."
"I never would've guessed!"
I just continue watching the movie not mentioning to Edwin, what happened to me in the restroom.
