"Did you see an American girl come through here?"
"No, sir."
"Here. Call me if you see her. There's a reward for any information."
"Yes, sir."***
They knew, at some point, they would have to take her to a concert with them. There was a showcase for Kpop groups, and BTS had been invited among many others.
It wasn't an ideal situation, but they couldn't leave her by herself, not when she was being relentlessly hunted by her father, who already almost caught her once. It wasn't an option; she had to go with them.
The problem was that Winter was a little unpredictable, and taking her into a situation where she would be around a lot of new people, including other idols, made them a little nervous.
Once they reached the dressing room, she lifted herself to sit on one of the counters, her legs swinging back and forth as she watched the boys rush around to get ready.
Winter couldn't deny how good they looked, all dressed up in fancy clothes and light makeup. They really looked like idols, unbelievably beautiful.
"Joon," a different voice called. Jackson Wang came into the room in a fitted suit and tie. Hoseok and Yoongi frowned, keeping their eyes on the ground. Namjoon tried to get to Jackson quickly to speak to him outside, but it was too late.
"Hey, kitten," Jackson waved at the raven haired girl sitting on the back counter. "Do they take you everywhere they go?"
"Only when I behave," she smirked in a very cat-like way.
"Winter," Jin said her name, stealing her attention from Jackson. "Can you help me button this?" He stepped over to her, placing himself in front of her, his thighs against her knees, blocking her from Jackson's view.
Winter grinned up at him for a moment before using her thin, delicate fingers to push each button through into his proper place, leaving the top two undone to expose a little of his collarbone.
Jackson walked out with Namjoon, and Hoseok immediately moved to Winter. He leaned against the counter beside her.
"Will you stay here while we perform?" He asked her, though it was more of a plea. After all, she hardly ever listened to them when they tried to tell her what to do. She was frustratingly careless.
"I guess I can," she stretched her arms over her head, arching her back a little in a way that caused the whole room to tense up instantly. "I wish I could watch your show."
"We'll be back soon," Hoseok reassured her, resting a hand on her knee for a moment before dropping it away. Touching her was different after they had gotten so close, so intimate, the week before. It bothered him that she never mentioned it, then again, he didn't bring it up either.
Someone poked their head in the door to call for them, and Winter watched as they left the room, one by one. Once she was alone, she slid off the counter and went to retrieve her phone from her purse.

Namjoon led the way down the hallway, wiping at the sweat running down his temple with an old rag. Hoseok was close on his heels, wondering if Winter had stayed in place as he asked.
However, when Namjoon pushed through the door to the dressing room, he realized her staying put wasn't the problem, not in that moment.
