POKÉMON CENTER (OREBURGH CITY)
I manage to get up early due to so much excitement for my Gym match. I took a shower, combed my hair, wear my usual clothes from pajamas, fixed my things and then... I found an envelope that I've never seen before inside my bag. It was a letter. From my Mom. I took it and began reading it.
"Dear beloved daughter,
..."
After reading the letter, Tears keeps on falling from my eyes. They're tears of joy. I could feel her love and I'm so moved. And about that thing she had said about Dad...
"I promise Mom! I'll do my best and I will make you and Dad proud!"
Wiping the tears from my eyes, It's time to get out of my room to meet Lucas. He's probably waiting for me in the lobby. He said that he's going to watch my Gym match so I prefer that we should head to the Gym together.
"Good morning Nurse Joy!" I greeted her as I met her at the counter.
"Good morning Dawn! What can I do for you?" She said.
"Did you happen to saw Lucas? The guy that I'm with last night. We don't have the same room so I didn't saw him this morning."
"I saw him walked outside a couple of minutes ago."
"That's strange. He should wait for me before heading out."
"Maybe there's a business to be taken care of."
"I guess so. Thanks for the information Nurse Joy!"
"You're welcome."
I went outside to look for him.
OREBURGH CITY
"Where could he might be?" I asked myself.
He should at least left a message to Nurse Joy before leaving. It's already 8:50AM. The Gym opens at 9AM sharp. I decided to look for him first for the next 10 minutes.
10 minutes later...
I've searched for Lucas where he could be possible but I didn't found him. I checked the Oreburgh Mining Museum but it's still closed due to investigation so he wasn't there.
"Where did he go?" I keep on asking myself.
Maybe I should give up searching for him. Lucas probably had left. Without saying a word to me? I can't believe it. Maybe there was an emergency from the International Police and he needs to off. Since I don't have a Pokétch yet, he wouldn't be able to contact me so I will be informed. But he promised me that he will watch my Gym match. I let go of a sigh feeling a little disappointed. I guess what can I do now is to go to the Gym and challenge Roark and show Lucas the badge from my hard won victory the next time we meet. I'm on my way now to the Gym when I saw him. It's HIM! It is REALLY HIM! It's Lucas! He was outside of the Gym.
