Dawn's POV

Flickered my eyes open very slowly but failed to gain visibility.

Lightless...
Pitch-black...
Total darkness...

There wasn't a single thing I could see. Even everything surrounds me. Couldn't determine where I am although I could tell I am standing on a surface of solid ground.

Cloaked in darkness...
The shadow of me couldn't appear on this umbra place. Can't remember where I was before going here or how did I even got here. Am I in such a dark cave or something? Tried walking further through the darkness but ended on without succeeding of taking me out of the dusk. What time is it? Is it already nightfall? Am I only experiencing night blindness? Or maybe... Everything around isn't the problem. What if the problem is in me. Dealing with the struggle of...
I... could... no... longer... see...

Am I... Am I blind? Have I lost my sense to see things? Trying to keep my calm when a little light from the distance proved that being blind was a false idea. It's coming from the outside! An opening that leads you to somewhere. Becoming brighter and brighter, it's blinding! Shining its way through me. Chasing after me. Coming for me. I shielded my vision with my hands. When I reopened my eyes, I found myself on a summit.

What am I doing in here?
How did I get here?
How could that light take me to a high place?

Something's weird.
Something's NOT very right.
Exploring the area might give me clues to the answers I needed.

I had a weird feeling of sensation that I've been here before. Like I have taken a step on this place in the past. Turning back and found the sea of clouds behind me, all the way down to the lower levels of the mountain. The rest of it wasn't visible. The platform was above the sky. Gazing upon the large pillars towering in the painted red stratosphere. Underfoot was a faded inscription of words written on a different language. The symbols looked familiar. Then I figured it out that it was the ancient Unown language!
Scanning it with my IP Pokétch could reveal the message it wants to tell but unfortunately my device was turned off. I tried pushing the power button again and again but nothing happened. Feeling hopeless of knowing the truth.

Looking ahead of me, my eyes saw an enormous figure in the distance. I took a closer look to be specific of what is it. It's like a giant and moving statue but it was the real deal. Dialga and Palkia right in front of my eyes!

"GRRR-OOOOOO!" Dialga roared before Palkia.

"GRRR-OOOOOO!" Palkia roared after Dialga.

The guardians of time and space both roared on top of their lungs, vibrating in the whole area.
Both rulers seems to be in state of suffering. It appears the thing that is chaining their body possessed a powerful energy that can weaken them. From their roars, I can tell they are really hurting by the effects of the inhibiting red chains on their body. Chained and restricting their movements and powers. Neither of the two cannot resist. Cannot be set free.
