"A broken heart loves better than one that has never been hurt"Semmy Carson
Today was another day of hell called school. Another day full of my selfish, mean and total insane bullies.
River had been waiting outside in his car for me. I told him I wasn't ready yet, but I was actually just preparing myself mentally in front of my mirror.
I watched my lifeless green eyes whilst I raked a hand through my dark brown curls. Sometimes my nerves and anxiety kicked in just like right now.
"Okay Semmy, you can do this.." I whispered to try and encourage myself, before grabbing my bag and leaving the house.
I walked towards River's black Mustang and took a seat beside him.
My eyes instantly met his beautiful grey ones and like every day other day those two orbs were shining bright. The only difference today was his brown hair that was not in its usual messy way, it was styled back, making him look even hotter than he already was. He wore a simple dark t-shirt and a blue jeans along with white Adidas shoes.
"I swear you are such a girl Semmy, it always takes you half an hour to get ready!" He rolled his eyes before starting the car and driving away.
"Yet you always wait for me" I grinned and looked outside, not wanting to get caught for staring at him like a lovesick high school girl.
Luckily it was a nice day outside. The birds chirped happily, the blue clouds danced in the sky and the sun showed itself by shining bright.
"Good idea, maybe I should just leave without you next time" He smirked wide while driving.
"You wouldn't dare!" I protested and looked at him with squinted eyes.
"Oh really? The last time you said that it also didn't end very well" He grinned, probably thinking back to yesterday.
The freaking bastard!
"Shut up.." I muttered, not giving him a come back anymore.
I just felt sorry for him, I swear I didn't run out of my awesome come backs!
"So Semmy.." He started in a more serious way which made me look up at him with wide eyes.
Oh no, that was the 'Semmy I want something' tone and sadly that was not in a sexual way. Sigh.
Normally when he wanted something from me, it wasn't something good at all! Last time that he needed something, it ended up with me on a double date with a freaking girl!
I don't even like girls! Boobs just scare the shit out of me.
"The answer is no River" I said immediately while I shivered at my last thought.
"But you haven't even listened to what I was about say!" He argued with me.
"Because I know it'll be something incredibly stupid!" I argued back.
"No it's not!" He said confident.
"Then what is it?" I asked him while raising my eyebrow.
"Lucy Ryan gives a party-"
"No, hell to the no. I won't go. Nah-ah" I protested already.
Parties are nothing but just a total waste of time. The loud music, sweaty bodies against each other, nasty kissing and the smell of some dying animal was horrible!
Always something bad had to happen at those parties. It never ended well.
Plus it was from Lucy Ryan. She's a mean potato and I honestly don't understand how River can date someone like her. He deserved way better than her. I bet she's cheating on him, but every time I say that River won't listen to me.
