"I want to take you out on another date" River spoke up and walked into my room right after cleaning the kitchen.

He walked in with the pink apron of my mom, still wearing around his waist, that had red hearts all over it. The flour covered his entire face and there were some eggs stains left on his shirt.

It was hilarious, really.

"Again? Wait, no, you can't fool me! It's probably your payback from what just happened huh?" I smirked a bit, knowing I finally pranked him.

Take that, stupid sports jock.

"No babe, I had so much fun last time and I want to do it over again today. You know, sorting my feelings out for you.." He smiled, seeming to mean it.

"I enjoyed my time with you also.." I blushed shy and looked at my hands.

I still couldn't believe that River Allen took interest in someone like me.

Me..

"That's all I ever want for you Sem. You deserve nothing but the best even though you are such a dork most of the time" He grinned cheeky.

"Hey! I'm no dork!" I pouted and slapped his chest soft.

"You are, but you are my dork" He said as he made eye contact with me.

In his gray eyes I could see the dark mountains covered with white snow, the skies above them were soft and clear. It calmed me at an instant as I got lost in those orbs. He brought me at ease whether I was lost or not, he always knew how to make me feel at home.

And that smile on his face gave me a warmth I never felt before. It tickled my insides in the best way possible and somehow I wanted more. Not only me, but also my surroundings received the atmosphere full of happiness.

The urge to touch him, to feel the electricity running through my body and the tingles to spread over my porcelain skin. He had his way of hypnotizing me, having me trapped whilst I was giving him the key to my heart.

"And now.. For your actual payback.. Give your best friend a hug!" He laughed evil and opened his arms, walking dangerously close to me.

"No no no! Go away!" I squealed and took some steps back.

No way that I'd be getting flour and eggs on me!

"Oh come here!" He almost caught me, but I ran past him and went downstairs as fast as I could.

Wild giggled and squeals left my mouth as we kept running around my house until I trapped myself in the bathroom.

The universe was never in my favor.

"Ha! Gotcha" River wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tight, making me dirty with the flour.

"Nooooooo!" I yelled, but couldn't help but laugh with him. "Stupid sports jock!" I giggled.

"Now we both have to clean and dress ourselves for the date huh?" He smirked once he let me go.

The bastard..

Currently we sat in the car, about to have our date. River told me that he'd take me to a special place, but he wouldn't tell me where.

To say I was thrilled was an understatement. I couldn't stop moving! I was way too excited.

I am on a second date with River!

The popular and straight River Allen who was the captain of the rugby team and had it all in him. He was good in pretty much everything and he didn't even brag about it, his personality was too soft and sweet for that.

I looked up to him. He inspired me to be a better person whether I was popular or a loser.

I didn't mind being a loser as long as I had him.

Once we arrived I got out, he took my hand and led me towards a familiar place.

Wait..

"This.. This is where we met.. The lunchbox and.." I smiled to myself at the memory as I looked around, taking everything in.

He took me to the park where we met as little kids. Our school always let us to go this park to play in our lunch breaks. This is where I formed a beautiful friendship with River.

"Why.. why did you take me here Riv?" I looked around in awe, smiling widely.

If it wasn't for this place..

"To make you realize something important" He wrapped his warm arm around me and grabbed my face in his hands, kissing my forehead.

I'm so fangirling.

His warmth consumed my body along with his love. Just his touch gave me the good tingles that I longed for and the goosebumps spread all over my body. That boy easily took my breath away like it was nothing.

The kisses he gave, left amazing feelings in my stomach and made me want more even if I'd explode from it. Everything was simply like a rollercoaster, a wild zoo inside of me as my heart danced around.

"What?" I asked him breathless.

"This is the place where we met and ever since then you have been my best friend. I need you to know how much you mean to me, how every day that I have to live without you.. There's just a void inside of me; I miss something. And that something is you. Whatever happens, I'll always care for you and if we become a thing.. If we do.. Then I'm glad that it's with you Semmy Carson" He leaned his forehead on mine after telling me this.

I closed my eyes, feeling my cheeks heating up as I enjoyed this moment with me entire heart; the softness and caring that you could feel in this, was overwhelming, but in a freaking good way.

"I love you.."

"What did you say?"

DID I SAY THAT OUT LOUD?! HOLY COW. NO NO NO.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?!

"Nothing.."
