Happy Turkey Day!

The air in Nashville has gotten cooler and fall foliage is beautiful here. That can only mean one thing for our family. Thanksgiving was here! We couldn't travel too far due to my head injury, so all of the family decided to come up to our house this year to celebrate. Mama was definitely showing! She popped so early with this pregnancy. I'm not really happy the fact she was pregnant again but there was nothing I could do about it, The cravings were really kicking in and daddy was sure we'd have to buy stock in them because she was eating so much. She was eating for three this time around and she was taking that saying that one to heart

"Narvel...? Where'd all the chips and salsa go...?" mama called from the kitchen 

"Chips are in the pantry and salsa in the fridge honey." He said

"Mommy snack?" Shelby asked daddy. She smiled and rushed to the pantry, grabbing a new bag of chips and then passed by the fridge to grab the jar of salsa

"Snack Time!" She smiled and started eating 

"It's mamas snack time, but maybe daddy can sneak you a cookie." He smiled

"Cookie!" Shelby smiled then realized he might be too loud. "Sneak cookie." he whispered and giggled. Daddy chuckled and walked into the kitchen. I was just trying to get one chip with a little salsa on it but mama was not gonna go down with out a fight.

"But this is my bag..." she pouted

"Mama I just one." I said. She tried to lean over and eat my chip. I put the chip in my mouth before she could get to it 

"Aw man..." she huffed

"You can have the rest of the bag." I said

"I can have it...?" she asked

"You might had to share a little bit." I said

"How much?" she asked and then looked at the bag before handing it off to me. "Here, you can put some in a bowl for you to have."

"You have it, I'm gonna get an apple." I said and kissed her cheek. I get up and got a apple and a caramel cup. I cut up and the apple and sat down next to her

"You're so sweet to me." she smiled and scooted closer to me to snuggle close

"Aww! you just want my caramel cup." I said

"No! You really are sweet!" she said. I giggled and shook my head

"Kiss...?" she asked, smiling. I smiled and gave her a kiss 

"Yay!" she giggled and smiled big. While I was distracting mama, daddy snuck Shelby his cookie. Shelby ran under the table and munched on his cookie Where mama couldn't see him, smiling happily. Daddy tried to take a chip and mama hit his hand away 

"Ouch! What was that for?" he pouted

"You know better" She sassed

"But I want one too." he said

"You just had a cookie." She said

"But, but..." he said

"Fine." she huffed She smiled and kisses him back. 

"I totally know you snuck a cookie for Shelby by the way." She giggled

"What...?" he chuckled and tried to play it off, but then Shelby walked in with chocolate on his face from the cookie

"Come here cookie monster." Mama smiled at Shelby. He smiled big and ran up to mama. Mama picked him up and kisses his cheek. He giggled and gave her a hug. Mama hugged him tight and held him close

"Love you mommy." he smiled

"I love you too baby boy." She smiled big. He giggled and started playing with mama's hair. Daddy smiled at them and moved his hand to mamas belly. There was differently something to rub there now and he loved it! Mama could only blush and giggle at his actions

"I love that they are getting bigger." He smiled

"Well I sure hope it's them getting bigger and not me." she chuckled 

"I'm sure it's them." He chuckled. She smiled and looked over to me before using her free arm to pull me closer. I moved closer to her and leaned in 

"Love you baby." she smiled and kissed my cheek

"Love you Mama." I said. She smiled big and held me tighter. I hugged her the best I could. Daddy tried to sneak another chip out of the bag while mama was hugging me

"Just because I'm hugging Bubs, doesn't mean I don't know what your trying to do." Mama sassed
