After a conversation at had with Mama and Shelby over FaceTime. I knew that I needed to go home for the weekend. Shelby's life has been changing so much lately and he's so little that I don't blame him for being confused all the time. I checked my calendar and saw that I had almost a free weekend. I knew I had to get a few things done early, but also knew that it would be worth it. I didn't want to tell Shelby I was coming home either so that he would be surprised and, hopefully, very excited to see me. My plan was to pick him up an hour early from Pre-school and than head home to see my parents. The only risky thing about this plan is my mother some how getting it out of me before hand. Good lord knows that she'll do anything to get something out of me. Plus the fact that she almost has an internal radar to sense it. It's like as soon as she sees me or hears me talk she can pick it up. It's insane! Daddy never has a clue as to what's going on so it shouldn't be too hard to pass it by him. I just had to bide my time until this weekend. And of course, mama called me everyday. I heard a sudden, continuous vibration on my nightstand. Speaking of...

"Mama..." I mumbled in my sleep reaching over to my phone "Hel- Hello?" I mumbled

"Hi baby! How's it going? What are you up to??" she asked, her excitement and enthusiasm beaming through the phone

"Do you ever sleep?" I mumbled. It was 8 am in Boston so it was 7am back home

"Not so much anymore. I think I get really heavy sleep at night so I don't need to sleep long." she said. I could practically feel her smiling

"Sound... sounds good." I mumbled

"Are you even listening to me? You sound half asleep." she said

"More like three quarters but whose counting..." I mumbled

"Avia..." she pouted

"Mama it's early." I said

"Okay well, what's not too early for you then?" she asked

"Noon or something later than that." I said and I heard Shelby come close to mama

"Mommy? What doing?" he asked her while tugging at her pants leg

"Hi baby, I'm talking to sissy. Do you want to say hi?" She asked while picking him up and sitting him on her hip

"Sissy?? Pease mommy!!" he said excitedly and reached for the phone

"Here's Shelby Honey." Mama said I to the phone and that handed it to me.

"Hi Sissy!" He said excitedly

"Hey Buddy!" I smiled. He was so excited to talk to me and hear my voice

"Tell sissy what you've been up to." mama told him

"I go school and pay wit fiends!" He said excited

"That's so awesome baby!" I smiled

"He's been such a big boy." mama smiled

"I'm so proud of you little man." I smiled into the phone. Shelby got the bright Idea to FaceTime me. I heard the other line beeping and hit the accept FaceTime button with my eyes half closed. Yes, my 2 year old little brother knows how to work an iPhone

"Sissy! I see you now!" he grinned and waved to me

"hi bub!" I smiled

"Hi sissy!" he giggled

"Have you been a good boy for Mama and Daddy?" I asked

"Yes." he smiled in reply

"Good boy." I smiled. His smile grew and he giggled
