People seem to think that just because you are close to them it's acceptable for them to ask you anything. It's okay for them to butt into your life and ask or say whatever they want.

It could be your best friend, it could be your parents, your siblings, your partner, no matter whom else. It's only okay to ask about some things if you give them that right, if they don't end up being disrespectful towards you, otherwise you really don't have to tell them anything.

Jeongguk greeted Yugyeom, they chatted along with Seokjin for a while and it was all going good. Yugyeom and Jeongguk's other friends only ever saw each other once the younger brought them together. They weren't friends themselves, just acquaintances.

Either way, Seokjin loves chatting with anyone, so he stood there talking with them until Namjoon appeared with Jimin and Yoongi and the conversation became too much of a mess for anyone to keep up with.

That was Jeongguk's cue to pull Yugyeom aside and actually introduce him to Taehyung.

"Gyeom for the love of god please don't make a scene." Jeongguk told his friend, feeling the uneasiness and the nervousness take over his whole being now. "I only know Hoseok-hyung because of Tae, he is not even my friend and there's people around here who I don't have a clue of who they are, so please... just keep it together okay?"

Yugyeom beamed. "No worries Kook. Just introduce me to the person who managed to catch your cold heart."

"And please don't say anything like that in front of him." Jeongguk said giving his friend a look.

The other raised his hands up and made his best chill out expression and for some reason that only made Jeongguk get more nervous.

Taehyung had apparently finished talking with his college friends and was looking around for his boyfriend now, because once Jeongguk found the older, he was already looking at the younger and walking towards him.

It was now or never.

Jeongguk would choose never, if Yugyeom hadn't walked towards Taehyung, probably assuming that he was Jeongguk's boyfriend.

Before Yugyeom could approach Taehyung first, Jeongguk basically sprinted closer to his boyfriend to be able to get to him first.

"If he makes a scene fake a stomach ache so we can runway." He whispered to his boyfriend, what only caused him to laugh as quietly as he could, before Yugyeom approached them.

"Yugyeom this is my boyfriend Taehyung, Tae this is Gyeom." Jeongguk introduced them to each other before his fiend could say something.

"It's nice to meet you Yugyeom." Taehyung said, shaking the other's hand. "I heard quite a lot about you."

If Jeongguk wasn't his boyfriend and knew the older so well by now, he would have missed the slightly annoyed and borderline angry tone Taehyung laced his words with in the last phrase.

It made Jeongguk feel oddly glad, he knew his boyfriend wasn't the biggest fan of Yugyeom because of the shit he said to Jeongguk and see that his boyfriend seemed actually ready to punch his friend if he said shit again made him feel content. It probably shouldn't, but he couldn't help it.

"My pleasure, hyung." Yugyeom said with a wide smile. "I heard about you just last week but I know how my friend is, he is probably afraid to introduce us."
