I laid in bed by myself, as I watched Carl shuffle around the room. I groaned faking being in pain, and he turned to me concerned. "Chloe?" He asked and I groaned again. "Are you okay?" He asked and stood over me. "No. I got bit" I said and he raised an eyebrow at me, "I've been bit by the cuddle bug." I said and turned groaning again rubbing my arm.

"Really? Where's this bug?" He asked amused. I then slid my arm up and pinched his hand. "Ow" He said and I looked at him laughing "See it just bit you." Playing along Carl placed a hand on his heart and called out "Oh no!" and fell on me making me laugh. "Its the cuddle bug" he called out wrapping his arms around me, and we rolled from one side of the bed to the other before falling completely out of bed taking a lamp next to us down to. "Are you guys alright" Rick called out out of breathe, but we just laid there laughing.

After some time to handle ourselves Carl sat at the foot of the bed, as I came in with a new outfit on. I reached down grabbing my black combat boots. "You're going on a run today?" Carl asked taken back and I sighed sitting next to him. "Got to. Deanna asked me to" I said as I tied my boots and Carl sighed. "I wont be alone, Noah, Tara and Glenn are out there to" I said looking at him and placed my hand on his. "Just...Be safe" he said and I smiled, "Course."  Carl and I walked out of the house to meet Noah by the porch steps.

"Keep her safe" Carl called out and Noah laughed, "More like she keeps me safe" Noah said and I smiled proudly. "I'll see you tonight" I said and we shared a long kiss. "I love you" I said and Carl smiled "I love you too." We pulled away and I smiled as Noah and and I went to walk away, and Carl and I's hands slipped from each other.  Noah and I walked down the street, as he called out "So, I noticed you and Carl skipped the party last night" I chuckled and Noah turned to me amused.

"I had a stomach ache, and he stayed with me. Trust me if it was something more I'd spill" I said and we laughed. "Besides Carl went to check on his dad and Judith after I fell asleep so theres nothing more I can say" I told him and Noah slung an arm around me. "Beth would of loved this place" I said and Noah and I just shared a look before meeting up with everyone else.

"Finally the princess is here" Glenn teased and I laughed. "Nicholas, Aiden. this is Chloe" Noah introduced me and the two boys looked at each other before Nicholas offered a hand "My mother told us a lot about you" He said and I smiled tucking loose hair behind me ear. "How good are you with one of these?" Aiden asked handing me a rifle. I hmmed and said "I'd say im pretty good" Noah chuckled and Spencer 'huhed' before saying "Get ready and we leave in 5" I nodded and turned to Glenn as he placed a hand on my arm. The two walked away and Glenn leaned in and asked "Noah told you about them?" I nodded and raised a hand doing the eyes-on-you gesture. Glenn nodded and did it back, before turning and going off doing something else.

I turned to Noah who smiled and asked "Why do you do that?" I chuckled and just shrugged. "Daryl and I started it back years ago when we first met. It means alot of things really." Noah nodded, "Well what did that mean?" I smiled and said "That. meant I'll keep eyes on you. You keep eyes on me. Daryl and I usually use it around new people and mean Scout around but stay close, Go Invisible but keep watching, Stay in sight, Be careful.. I could go on and on..."

Trailing off Noah 'huhed' "Guess you do learn something new everyday" I nodded chuckling "Yeah." Noah nodded before saying "I asked Deanna's husband Reg to teach me how to build things," My head went to Noah as I called out "That's awesome Noah!" Noah nodded smiling and said "He wants me to write down everything I can" I nodded, and said "I do. It helps. It really does" Noah just says "Alright, maybe I'll take it more seriously"

"Hey you two! We're leaving!" Aiden called out and Noah and I walked over to the van climbing in the back. We got in and I sat next to Noah with my back against the van wall, as I pulled out my notebook and pen. Tara sat across from Noah and I while Glenn sat next to her. "What's on Chloe's mind today?" Tara asked and I went to answer but the Van started. Loud music played and I jumped, "Great another mix" Noah grumbled and I sighed. "Alot actually" I yelled over to Tara who just nodded. I just cleared my throat and started to write.
