Explaining The Team's Weapons

So i guess i should probably explain the teams weapons now. Since the character would have seen them all by now.

Y/N Locke Summer obviously has Lunar Rose. The railgun dagger that relies on its users aura. Its why it can only be used by 1 person until that person dies. Since it tethers itself to the user.

Stein Marchen has a Flintlock style pistol that turns into an Estoc. Its name is Sterben Nadel.

Rei Hart has the revolver sniper that turns into a katana. Its name is Rising Resolve.

Azure Meer has dual wield lever action shotguns that turn into 1 handed axes/Tomahawks/hatchets. I don't know what they're called. Their names are Crimson and Jet.
