Qrow... I look to Ozpin who sees the look on my face which tells him something he wasn't expecting, cause now Ozpin's face is full of confusion when he saw me look at Qrow with something that could not be so easily described as anger. It's better to describe it as infuriated and disgusted. And from the look on Qrow's face he sees it too. "What do you want" I say in a bitter tone. This surprises him "I don't know what happened to you after you left. But don't worry, you're safe now. I bet your fa-" Before he could finish i lunged at him and caught him off guard cause he didn't dodge it and just took it head on as i toppled him and now i'm sitting on him with a murderous look in my eyes.

"Safe? I WAS safe, before you had to come and see me! Now i'm safe? NO you don't understand! If you're here then what next? Tai, or your 2 precious nieces! Oh wait...They're already HERE!" I angrily said now baring my teeth like an animal. "Y/N, i don't know what happened. All i know is that you ran away. The only reason i knew that is because i was contacted by Qrow who was told by Tai" Ozpin said matter-of-factly. I was now hyperventilating and my chest felt like it was ready to burst with how fast my heart was beating. "Neither of you know what hell i went through at that house do you? Tai didn't even have the common decency to tell you...Figures" My voice was now cold as ice. "I'm leaving, oh and i guess i should give this back to you" I say as i pull out his pocket knife that he gave me unknowing that it would be the thing that set me free. "That knife was going to guarantee my freedom either with my freedom or death. So thanks" I left without letting anyone get a word in. Not like they were going to try. Qrow looked hurt and confused while Ozpin's face was full of guilt and confusion.

I just watched the boy that i saw as family leave. When he looked at me he didn't look happy or excited. And what does he mean by hell? I thought they were all close. The last time i saw him before this, he even called me uncle... I was left to my own thoughts "Qrow... Could you tell me what that boy was talking about? None of that seemed like an act, and from all the security footage, i can say everything points to him trying to avoid Ruby and Yang. So can you please inform me on what happened!?" His voice sounded stern and annoyed. In all my years i have seen him worried, serious, happy, and sad. But never angry. And this is the closest i have been to seeing it. "I...I don't know Oz" I said which didn't please Oz as he walked over to me and looked me directly in the eyes. "If you don't know, then you do what you do best. You find out, and make sure you do. Or Ruby and Yang are getting kicked out. From everything i've been able to gather from his foster family, he was a part of a village that your sisters tribe attacked not many years ago. And his father died. That's when they took him in, and from what you told me that boy was in the slave trade. And if i find out Tai mistreated someone who deserved only kindness. Then there will be more than hell to pay. Do you understand Qrow Branwen?" Before i could respond he waved his hand and i was at patch.

In all my time i have never seen him do that. He's always been so reserved about it... But before i speak to Tai, i need to pay my sister a visit.

I had to take a breather from all the stress of hiding and now my new found stress of being found out by the one person who put me in that situation. I was in Vale looking for a bar. Sure i was under aged, but i had lien and i'm sure to bartenders all money is good money. I found a random bar on a random street and walked in and thankfully i saw faunus inside as i walked up to the bartender. "I'd like something strong and something that'll make me forget my worries" I said still cold and bitter which surprised the bartender as he looked at me. "You don't lo-" Before he could finish i pulled out 5,000 lien. "Just shut up and get me something" I said and he did as i said cause he turned around an set the entire bottle on the table. I let go of the lien and grabbed the bottle leaving. I took a sip and just as i expected... It tasted like shit... I didn't care though and kept drinking it wandering around Vale aimlessly. I started feeling woozy as the entire world looked like it tilted sideways. Or was i tilting? I don't know, but i don't care.

As i was wandering i stumbled into an ice cream shop at some point cause i had an ice cream cone in my hand. I just went with it and ate it while still having my drink in my other hand. As i was drinking i felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around seeing a human with 4 humans with him "Hey freak, how's about you give us everything you have. And we don't toss you in the ocean?" One of them said. I didn't care if they tried i just kept walking away, but suddenly i fell down breaking my bottle of alcohol and smashing my ice cream cone. The humans turned me over and the one in front stepped on my chest. "Looks like it's too drunk to even stand" He said as he stomped on me a little but got upset as the only reaction he got was a giggle from me.

"Pick him up" The boss said sounding insulted. 2 of them held me by my arms while the boss tried punching me. But when he did memories flashed back to me instantly sobering me up. I broke out of there grip by drop kicking the boss since they were only holding me up by my arms. The boss tried to get up and pull out a knife but when he reached for it i kicked his feet out from under him and stepped on his neck. "Anyone makes a move and i snap your bosses scummy neck!" I shouted now filled with rage. When i did they all stood still until we heard clapping from behind the ones behind me, "Very good, don't let the humans talk down to you just because you're a faunus" Said someone i've never heard before. When i turned i saw a bowler hat and orange hair along with a cane and a cigar. But what caught my eye was the girl next to him with the ice cream hair.

"What do you want?" I said as i kicked the guy i was standing on in the face, knocking him unconscious making the other 4 thugs attempt to get close to me. But when they did the ice cream haired girl smiled and pulled a needle blade out of her umbrella and knocked out the two farthest from her while the orange haired male knocked out the two closest to him. "This is what bad humans look like, how would you like to join an organization that prides itself on fighting for equality for the faunus species? He said holding out a hand. I smiled hearing this, i knew he was talking about the White Fang. Also known as the ex peace organization that USED to fight for faunus equality. But now all they stand for is fear the faunus. Not respect... And i don't think Summer or Locke would want this. There may be many terrible humans out there... But Summer and Locke are both humans who have shown me kindness. Then there's Stein and my team... "Sorry, but maybe in another life... I would've joined" I said smiling before i walked away.

They didn't chase or try anything they just accepted it and moved on. I guess for all the evil people in the White Fang their are those who are smart. As i left i felt myself growing weak. I guess i only temporarily sobered up. I found my way to a building and made my way inside of it, hoping it was an inn i said something to the person who was cleaning. Probably incoherent but i did toss an unknown amount of lien his way as i made it into one of the rooms and crashed on the bed.
