I stood on a ledge since i was watching over Ruby from afar. I couldn't see her thankfully, but Eule could very clearly so i had nothing to worry about in that sense. But as i've been following them i've been seeing this same bird following them and disappearing when i hear grimm nearby. I saw it disappear again and followed it into the patch of woods it went into. When i arrived i saw Qrow of all people fighting some grimm which made me surprised until i thought about it. Maybe turning into a bird is his semblance? That'd be a first but semblances can be strange.

I walked up to him after he finished fighting, he was a bit surprised...Well more like a lot, i don't blame him since i can't stand seeing Ruby and Yang. "Hey Qrow...Were you just a bird?" I asked in a i already know the answer kind of way. He shifted his eyes before sighing and looking at me "Y-yeah...Anyway what are you doing kid? Thought i'd never see you following Ruby of all people" Qrow said in a caring but questioning tone. He's probably out here protecting Ruby from the dangers of the grimm...But why? That'll just weaken her guard making her vulnerable when Qrow isn't around.

"I'm only here fulfilling a promise i made, nothing more, nothing less" I bluntly said to which he nodded in understanding. "I got this covered, you can go back to your team. Speaking of your team, where are they?" I looked down at my hand which had a ring with a small purple gem in it. "My team is officially disbanded. Azure was no where to be found after the fall of Beacon. Stein went back to Haven because his brother ordered him to, and Rei is...Well she was gonna come along but i refused to let her and snuck away while she was asleep. I seem to be good at sneaking away..." I said calmly as i looked down to where Ruby was and back to Eule who nodded. "Anyway i have to get back to following Ruby" I said walking away from him, but as i do i feel light headed and fall to one knee. Qrow quickly rushed over to me and put a hand on my back. "You okay?" His voice was caring but when i looked at him he squinted at me and shook his head. "How long have you been awake?" I thought about it and i hadn't rest since i left Beacon so... "About a week" I said bluntly and he just widened his eyes before balling his hand into a fist and looking at me. "Alright...Get some sleep kid" Was the last thing i heard before everything went black, when i looked around i saw blackness...I recognized this place...I've been seeing this every time i slept since Beacon fell...I know i'm sleeping and i wake up exactly after 7 hours...So i guess its time to wait again...Wait...Did he just hit me? I sat with my thoughts until the hours were up.

When i awoke i felt a pounding feeling in the back of my head. Did he really knock me out? Eule chirped at me and i sighed..."Yeah yeah, i did promise that after i fulfilled the promise or lost her we'd get back to Ozpin..." I said which made him nod and perch back on my shoulder as i stood up. "Which way?" I asked and Eule flew into the sky for a minute before returning and pointing his head east.

While we were heading East Eule made me walk in what felt like a circle but i trusted him and went with it anyways... We arrived at some woods and Eule had a miniature freak out and flew around my head. "What's wrong? Is he here?" I asked in a concerned manner, but Eule didn't change and instead flew through the woods. "H-hey! Wait up!" I screamed while following him and he sped up more as we reached a small encampment. Ozpin's here? So they took him captive..."Alright buddy, don't worry we'll get Ozpin free" I tried calming him down which worked a little bit, but if birds could look confused i'd say Eule looked like he was.

As i made my way around the camp i saw a cage holding 2 girls inside. One of the girls was yelling someone it almost sounded like she said Raven and mother...And the only girl i know with a mother named Raven is...Yang...As i came to this realization i felt a stinging pain in my back and a feeling to run away. But if Ozpin is here then Eule seems to want to do anything to get him back. So its either i stay and do this or Eule might die trying to do it himself...I sighed as i looked at my feathered friend, time to face the past once again.

I snuck my way through the camp and saw that these people wore the same outfits of the ones that killed my village...M-my father...I gripped my dagger tightly and remembered the women that spared my life...I'm going to kill her. I entered through the back of the tent and saw a girl with a mask leaving the front of the tent, i recognized the mask and the outfit...It was her, the women who murdered the only family i ever had...My father, the villagers, they...They were all innocent! I gripped Lunar Rose as tight as i could and pulled it out aiming it towards the front of the tent like a pistol but not charging it. I want to ask her why, why she killed us for no reason.

I waited for what felt like an hour but was really only 5 minutes. As i saw the Raven haired women walk in she had a smirk on her face. Through the opening of the tent i saw that Yang and white were now out of the cages and surrounded by guards as they looked me straight in the eyes. They both looked surprised to see me, but i didn't care, i was to angry to care about how i felt around Yang. "Take your mask off, let me see your face murderer!" I said sternly and she obeyed. I saw her eyes, hair and face. She looked like an older, more ruff black haired Yang. Was she Raven? "It's not kind to point weapons at people in someone else's home you know?" She said in a cocky voice which made me even angrier. "Yeah cause you know about home etiquette. If you care so much about manners then why did you slaughter my entire village and spare me?" My voice was bitter and without me knowing the dagger started to charge which made someone who was behind me very angry as i felt my arm get grabbed and an axe put to my neck. "Stop the charge and drop the weapon, or i kill you here and now" I looked for Eule but couldn't find him and sighed which made the person tighten there grip and put the axe closer. I was about to say something but Raven did. "Can't make the charge go away can you? You know Summer couldn't do it that well either, i told her it was due to her letting her emotions get in the way. But she never did listen and look how that turned out"

My eyes were now filled with killer intent and the dagger's crystal started to glow silver again which made me smile since it was oddly comforting. "Fine...I'll discharge it" I said calmly which made the girl loosen her grip a little as i shot it at the ground sending her flying back and me flying forward into the feet of Raven. When i looked up i saw a blade in my face. "I could kill you now, but i won't, and neither will Vernal. But it's time for you to answer some questions, like how you found us and what you're doing here." She said putting the tip of the blade under my chin raising my eyes to meet hers. "My bird led me here, and we're looking for Ozpin" I said which made the girl who i assume is Vernal scoff but Raven seemed to take it seriously. "So you're one of his henchman now, that man never ceases to surprise me...Using children and animals as his pawns" She said in a bitter tone. I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Was Ozpin a monster? No he couldn't be. I shook off what she said the best i could. "I don't believe you, you slaughtered people for no reason, and you're trying to make him out to be the monster?" My voice was filled with anger but she put the tip of the blade against my neck which activated my aura. "The weak die and the strong live, that is the way of my people" Raven said in an emotionless tone.

"What made them weak? They loved, they laughed, they took in a stranger who was a faunus without knowing who he was! If anyones weak its you. You kill people and hide behind your false reasoning, you- you psychopath!" I yelled which made Vernal unhappy as she hit me in the back of the head. "I will spare your life, but if we are to meet again i will kill you Y/N...Now leave i have 2 children to deal with" She said sheathing her sword and walking to the front of her tent with Vernal. I remembered that Yang was out there and ran through the back, exiting the camp. Once i was out of eye sight Eule flew down onto me. "Hey, so Ozpin wasn't in there" I told him but he flew forward then back to me a couple times before i understood what he wanted. "Ozpin's that way?" I asked and he nodded.
