She began to shake.

"Azaria?" I tried to wake her up, and with a jump she did.

"No!" She began to bawl.

"What? What happened?"

"I wanted to do it, I wanted to die for good." She covered her face, and as she said always happens I was speechless.

"Why do you want to die?"

"Because I no longer feel anything other than saddness. You're actions are temporary, I know the moment I'm okay you'll be done. The exact cycle will repeat. You'll lose the affection you show, you'll hangout with your friends more, and avoid me daily. Not a single call or text, you're just too busy. So I just want it to end now, I don't want this anymore. To be here, or anywhere."

"Do you have any idea Azaria?" She was confused.

"What?"

"Any idea of what will happen when you die? I'm following in your footsteps, you lead the pathway to my death terms. If you think I want to live without you for one second then you're wrong. You have no idea of the pain that I'll drown in. Without you I just don't see the point."

"No."

"No?"

"You'll move on, marry a beautiful, no an extremely beautiful woman. Have children and plenty of them. They'll have your eyes, and you'll teach them just about every sport. I'll be a small little memory, a blink of the past. You'll move on, get past the grief. That's what you need to do, and I know what I need to do."

"I'm not letting you."

"I'll never be happy, a lifetime of misery."

"No. You'll be so extremely happy, full of life, and no where near depression." She started to cry again.

"Promise me, you won't give up. As selfish as it is."

"Azaria I promise, it's not selfish. You know what's selfish? Me wanting you all to myself." She laughed.

"I love you." The words I yearned finally spoken.

"I love you too Azaria, now how bout some breakfast?"
