Mikey woke up early for some odd reason and he was in a really good mood. He usually isn't a morning person but for some strange reason he woke up with a smile on his face. He looked down at Leslie forgetting she was in the same bed as he was. He kissed her forehead and slowly and gently got on top of her so he could pass. He wanted to make everyone breakfast. So he quietly changed and packed his things without waking anyone up. He knew they will be arriving in California soon so he wanted to make sure he was packed and ready.
He slowly closed the door so nobody could hear or smelled what he was cooking. He grabbed out the eggs and the batter and started making the pancakes. He turned on some music and began singing along with the words to the song that was on the radio. After he was done with the pancakes he moved onto eggs. He began scrambling them, he went through the whole carton because he knew how the boys eat especially when it came to breakfast.
He took out the orange juice and milk carton and put them on the table. He started placing the plates with the utensils next to them. He went back to the stove area and grabbed the plates of eggs and pancakes and placed them neatly and carefully onto the table in the middle so everyone could grab some when they got up.
He looked down at this finished worked but something seemed to be missing. He thought about what he was forgetting at the same time Leslie woke up. Her eyes were still closed but that didn't stop her from the big smile on her face. She turned over to kiss Mikey goodmorning but once her arm touched his side of bed, she felt it empty.
Her eyes popped opened and she quickly turned around to an empty left side of the bed. She blinked twice to get her sight back to normal. She then grabbed her phone to see what time it was and she was relived when she saw it was only nine fifty-five in the morning. She thought she slept in way to long. She could suddenly smelt something amazing but she couldn't figure out what it was.
She got out of bed and made her way to the sliding door that Mikey had closed so he wouldn't wake anyone up while he cooked for them. Her stomached growled as she reached for the handle. She slowly pulled it back and heard music being played. She could hear a beautiful voice singing along with it then thats when she smelt what she had been smelling. It was coming from a pan that kept sizzling and popping. She smiled big as she watched Mikey singing and dancing along to the song as he cooked the bacon he had forgotten to cook with the rest of his big breakfast meal.
Her eyes slowly landed on the table he had prepared all by himself. Her heart filled with so much love that she couldn't help herself as she joined him into the song as she closed the door behind her. He nearly dropped the bacon pan as he heard her voice. His cheeks became red afterwords realizing she had been watching him but he wondered but how for long though?
She couldn't hold it in watching him freak out. "Oh my god. I'm am sooo sorry" She couldn't speak now as she took a seat laughing so hard. "God damnit fuck!" He yelled out not caring now if he woke up the others. He let her calm down as he finished the rest of his bacon strips, he tried to hurry as fast as he could because now he was so paranoid that someone else would be watching him.
"Now look what you've done!"
"I'm so sorry, I really am" She say wiping her face from laughing so hard.
"Fuck off" He smirks now turning off the stove and putting his dirty dishes into the sink to clean them. Leslie smiled big getting up from the seat she was sitting in. She walked over him and wrapped her arms around his waist wresting her head on his neck smiling up at him. "I love you"
"I love you too, I guess"
He laughed kissing him on his cheek. "You know you love me"
"I hope it was worth it"
