*LESLIES POV*

Yes Friday already! Thank god it's Friday, I can finally relax. Grabbing a blanket from the closet I walk to the sofa pulling the blanket over me snuggling up with Cas on the side of me. Turning on the TV my phone goes off. It's a text from Stacy.

"You know you have to work today right?" Oh man, I totally forgot about it. I Call my boss and tell him that I can't come in this weekend, I have tons of homework to do. Which wasn't a lie but I really needed a break from work right now.

Still snuggling with Cas while going through the TV guide I see a Supernatural marathon on at twelve. I click on the channel and its a stupid interview with Five Seconds of Summer, how pathetic. Like I really want to see them on my TV right now? I was about to change the channel when my phone rings, I wasn't expecting any calls today.

Mom? Confused because I wasn't expecting her to call me. I answered it, I don't know why but I was scared to say hello, maybe it was because the last time I talked to her she told me to never call her again.

I had called her to talk to her. All she did was yell at me. I had called at the wrong time, they were in a middle of a very important business meeting and well I screwed it all up.

All I remember was crying my eyes out listening to her telling me all these horrible things. She told me to never call her again and how disappointed she was in me. All I wanted to do to was talk to my own mother. After sitting in my room for a hour crying, I realized that I didn't need her to be happy.

At that moment I stopped feeling sorry for myself and went on with my life. I found better things to worry about, so that's why I never call her.

Still not saying anything on the phone, only hearing laughter in the background. It's my dad, I recognize that voice any day. It was now quiet, Taking a deep breath I finally manage to say "Hello?"

Nothing, so I tried again, which was surprisingly easier this time. "Hello? Momma?"

"Shit" was all I hear when the phone disconnects. Angry I called her back which went straight to voice mail, leaving her a long message. "Its me, you know your daughter, I'm still alive, I still exist, I know you told me to never call you again so don't worry you don't have to worry about me calling you ever again, because this is the last time, I'm done playing these stupid games with you".

Holding back tears was hard but I didn't want her to hear me cry. I wanted her to know that I don't need her. "I know you've been talking to grandma but that's okay, she doesn't keep things from me like you do" Sighing very loudly getting myself ready to say what I had to say. "we'll since this is my last call I just want you to know that I'm doing really well, I'm finally getting my life together, I found a great job, I know you don't care but I do, it makes me happy, I'm still in college to be a chef You don't deserve to hear this but I just wanted to tell you so you know how well I'm doing without you.. bye"

I felt so much better after saying all that, It felt so good to finally tell her how I feel. Believe me I could of told her more but I decided not too. The whole house was quiet now but the TV. They were still doing their stupid interview. For some reason I couldn't force myself to change it. There was no point anyway Supernatual was coming on after and I was too busy thinking about my mom and if I did the right thing.

Watching the four idiot boys jumping up and down answering fan questions, doing stupid childish things like moving their arms like they were playing a guitar or shaking their butts at the camera. I rolled my eyes watching them. Why do girls like them? Nothing about them is funny or "punk". They call themselves punk rock? ptsh, I've seen better puck rockers like Green day, Fall out boy, Paramore, Panic! at the disco, One Republic, Coldplay and Maroon 5.
