Chapter 15

Kage's Pov

Here we are, stooping over Alpha Parks' body, waiting for him to regain consciousness. It's been an hour since Adam knocked his lights out. I shot a final icy glare towards him with a look of disbelief. He held up his hands in surrender with a cheeky smile. I sighed. We tried calming the Alpha down at first, but it only caused more ruckus.

Let's recap a little, shall we?

He snarled viciously, eyeing us as his next prey....

"Adam... I don't want to end up killing him, but I don't think you're a match for him either." I stated without looking at him as I positioned my self in a defensive stance.

What I said to him was supposed to be true since he should be considered a normal, crazy ass werewolf. But witnessing him being thrown and pinned against the wall by a Royal while not even flinching wasn't proving that point anymore. So I'm quite suspicious about him.

I on the other hand can easily slaughter Alpha Parks, but then it could REALLY cause some BIG problems within the Pack.

"We'll have to try restraining him and calm his anger down. But what or who in the world could have made the Alpha lose his cool?" He asked to nobody in particular while walking towards the Alpha with his hands in his lab coat pockets. His hair swinging as he did so.

"Hey! You can't just walk towards him like that!"

The wolf before us crouched and launched itself towards Adam. His claws aiming for his neck.

I was ready to spring into action when Adam swiftly moved aside making the wolf pass him but now heading towards me.

He didn't seem to react about Adam dodging but still kept his pace, perhaps moving even faster than he was before.

How was I going to restrain a raging Alpha without cracking a few bones?

He leaped once again, opened-mouthed that exposed his deadly canines to rip my head off. I jumped high enough to make sure I didn't hit the ceiling and flipped in the air as I landed on his back.

I gripped onto his fur. He was thrashing all about, trying to shake me off.

He slammed his right side against the wall and I groaned a little since my right leg was on that side.

"Calm down Alpha Parks! You can talk to us!" I shouted. But that didn't seem to work.

He even dropped flat on his back. He was literally crushing me and managed to knock ALOT of air out my lungs. My face was red from the pressure of his weight.

He slammed his back again and again against the floor, causing me to barely get a chance to breathe.

I snaked my arms around his thick neck and squeezed as I tried NOT to break it but to make him pass out, suffocating him. I then used my strength and flipped us over.

I didn't want to over do it but I needed to calm him down before things got ugly.

He stopped squirming and I felt him go limp. I breathed out.

"Finally..." I mumbled as I got off his back.

I looked to the end of the hallway to see a very amused Adam. As usual. He always seemed amused every time I use my strength or either I'm struggling about something.
