Kage's Pov

"We need to get the three children, Lucy and Kage out of here but it won't be easy." Xavier said as he electrocuted a wolf that foolishly tried to fight him.

"There's only one way." Izumi and Isaac shared a look before facing the opened entrance doors where even more of the enemy waited.

Everyone instantly understood what they were getting at. Adam then turned to me. "Stay with them." He motioned to Zeuxis, Rose, Tommy and Lucy. "Do not separate." He warned.

I growled but nodded. Now was not the time to disobey him.

Romanov stood protectively in front of me as he snarled at the enemy. Luke doing the same as he too stood before Lucy.

Both of their lycans were coming out.

Spyridon shouted one word that commenced the bloodshed of the enemy.

"Attack!"

Instantly all rogues and vampires that were present in the room were either ripped apart by vines, frozen to death, electrocuted, burned, impaled by sharp metal objects or thrown through the windows and thick walls of the mansion.

It all happened in a fucking heartbeat. The fuck did they expect? The enemy were up against the Royals.

However, I could tell they were greatly holding back on their attacks so that Lucy, the children and I were not harmed.

But it wasn't over yet. We still had hundreds more to get through.

"Let's get moving!" Issac shouted.

We dashed through the broken doors of the entrance. Instantly more rogues and vampires attacked from all angles.

"Damn it!"

The ice twins wasted no time in appearing at the front and mercilessly freezing a great quantity of the enemy.

Those who were frozen in mid air crashed onto the ground and shattered into pieces.

However, almost instantly a new wave of rogues and vampires rushed forward.

It was then that all lycans broke formation of our little group and rushed forward as well. Romanov and Luke, however, stayed behind and only attacked those who got too close to us.

I could hear Zeuxis mumbling to himself. Clearly not too fund of being protected and wanting to join the fight.

I watched on as they fought, keeping up my guard as well. Also feeling somewhat completely useless.

Xavier had lightening crackling around his right hand until it formed into a mighty sword, completely out of lightning.

I recognized it as the same sword he held against Adam's neck a few weeks ago. (A/N: Refer to chapter 33.)

Xavier rushed forward as he wasted no time in beheading rogues and vampires. Occasionally using his left hand to rip hearts out as well.

Alexandros used his power to control the swords of fallen vampires to slay the enemy while simultaneously using his claws to tear the rogues apart.

Mariana smirked devilishly as she slammed her hands onto the ground.

I had expected deadly thorned vines to sprout but I was somewhat surprised to see the ground literally breaking in half, swallowing up a great quantity of rogues and vampires who were in the way.
