'Money'

chapter 33 - We are having twins

1 month later.

I'm out to lunch with Danny when my water breaks, 'Money' and 'Cash' are both out with the rest of the gang, so i don't even have my husband with me as i go to the hospital, but my brother.

- I'll call 'Money', Danny says as they take me to the delivery room.

- Fuck him! You are not going anywhere! You stay with me! i scream as the contractions rip at my insides.

- Alright, sis, Danny says and sends my husband a text. "Get your ass to the hospital NOW! Jackie is having your baby any minute, she says she doesn't want you here, but we both know she's lying, the father of the child should be there at it's birth, not the child's uncle"

Less than ten minutes later, 'Money' and 'Cash' burst through the doors of the hospital with Ana, Nick, Ana's boyfriend Anthony and kids and 'Cash's girlfriend and kids.

- Where is Jackie? Where is my wife?! 'Money' asks Danny who's walked out real quick to meet up with my husband, kids and grandkids. Is the child born?

- In there, the child isn't born yet, and kids, i think it's best that we let your father go in alone, Danny says and nods his head towards the door to the delivery room where i lay and 'Money' rushes in.

In the delivery room the pain still rips at me like a wolf pack trying to tare me appart. The first child, Sarah, was born just as i was taken in, the second one, Roxanne, is still ripping at me from the inside, but doesnt want to come out.

- Jacob!! i cry out. I want my Jacob!!

- I'm here, i'm here now, baby, your Jacob is here, 'Money' says, kneeling beside me.

- Mr Harlon... you sure arrived in the nick of time, she has been in labor for nearly seven hours, she has opened enough and the baby should be out since long, but nothing has happened, and she refuses a c-section, one of the nurses says.

Just as she said that a series of contractions rip through my body and i push the baby out, it comes out screaming as loud as me, a nurse picks it up, and let Jacob cut the umbilical cord before the nurse wraps the baby in a blanket and gives it back to it's father.

- Jacob...what did we...what sex is the baby? i ask, completely spent.

- It's a healthy baby girl, all limbs in the right place and she looks just like her beautiful, brave, strong, courageous mother, Jacob says, proudly.

- Let me see her, i say. She's beautiful, and you're right, she does look me, but she has your eyes.

- What should we name our new little princess? 'Money' asks me.

- How about...Roxanne, i say.

- I do want our daughter to have two names though, just like her siblings, 'Money' says. And do like the name Roxanne for my daughter, although it's a name that makes me think of your former job.

- What should be her second name? i ask. And what in that name makes you think of cars?

- I was thinking of the other job... 'Money' says. And how about Alice?

- Then the question is...in what order? I like Alice Roxanne best, i say.

- Then Alice Roxanne it is, 'Money' says. Alice Roxanne Harlon, i swear to guard and protect you with all my power.

- But not enough to lend you in jail again, i say and 'Money' laughs.

- No, not enough to lend me in jail again, he says and cuddles his little daughter, til she cries and wants to come to me to feed.
