You're my Remedy

Veronica's pov
It's maybe 8:30 in the morning and I'm passed out sleeping when I heard my door shut. I really didn't anything of it until I felt a body wrap around mine. Just by the smell I know it's Archie. He gets under the covers and I turn around and put my head on his chest. "Hmm" I mumble. "Happy Easter babe." He says to me.

I look up at him and kiss him. "Happy Easter." I say with a soft smile. "You are literally the best thing to wake up to." I say resting my head back on his chest. I look at my dresser and see an Easter basket. "Archiekins you got me something." I say feeling bad I didn't get him anything.

"If I knew we were getting each other stuff I would have gotten you something too." I pout. "No no no Ronnie don't feel bad. You've just been having a hard time lately I just wanted to do something nice." He tells me. "Well then can I at least get you pops?" I ask him. "Whatever makes you happy."

"See this is normal stuff couples do, instead of spending time together being obsessed with murders." I say say getting up. I was obviously throwing hits at bughead. "I can't believe that you exposed them for role playing." He says. "We've never role played once. We have normal sex all the time." I said.

"When I say all the time, I mean the all time." I continue. "Which is more than I can say than bughead." Archie says. "We have a healthy relationship. I mean we're both physically attracted to each other, and we have a good emotional relationship too. We have a really good relationship." I say put on my dress.

"Hey Arch can you zip me up?" He gets up off my bed and I feel his warm hands on my back. He touch brings a sensation to me. It always has and probably always will. I hear the zipper zip up and fell the dress tighten around me. I turn around and wrap my arms around him. "It's me and you against the world Archiekins." He kisses me and it gets heated quickly. And I stop and rest my forehead on his. "Don't worry we'll finish this later my parents are probably awake." I say to him.

Archie's pov
We get to pops and we get our usual, and sit in our usual booth. After we get settled into the booth we here the bell ring. Veronica looks behind her and we see Betty and jughead. Betty glares at Veronica and then whispers to jughead. Veronica sinks down into her seat and groans.

"I just wish things would go back to normal." She huffs. "I'm such a terrible friend." She says. "No you're not, if that was the case I wouldn't be with you right now." I tell her. "I really don't have any friends right now and it kinda sucks." I feel so bad for her. She's getting so much hate for her parents and she's not them. So I don't know why everyone is attacking her.

"We just got to make it through the day and see what happens tomorrow, take it one day at a time Ronnie." I tell her. "I love you Archie."
"I love you too." She leans over the table and kisses me. I hold my hand on the table and she puts her small hand in mind. She laces her fingers threw mine, and smiles.

"This whole town has been through so much this year and we're still together and happy. I think that some sort of sign that we'll be together for a long time." She says. I get up and sit on her side of the booth and hug her tightly.

"You're my remedy Archiekins." She whispers.
