We had a plan. We had the closet open so that Hayes could drop the ice cube and run into the closet. I was going to lay on the bed and pretend to sleep.

I got in position and Hayes got the ice cube. Gently, he put it in Jack's ear and ran for the closet. Jack shot up and yelled, "What the--"

I pretended to just wake up. "What's wrong...?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.

"There was an ice cube in my ear," He furrowed his eyebrows and touched his ear. 

I tried not to laugh, but it just came out. "Why are you laughing? This is not funny." I could hear Hayes laughing quietly in the closet. Jack furrowed his eyebrows and walked over. I sat on the bed, still laughing, but got serious when Jack pushed Hayes.

I ran over to the scene. This time, Hayes didn't fight back. Thank God. I pulled Jack away from him. Luckily it was just that one push. "Jack! Dude! Stop starting fights with everyone." Because I was so much shorter than him, I looked pathetic.

"Get out, Hayes!" Jack yelled. Hayes threw his hands up in surrender and walked out the door, still laughing. I'm glad this is such a joke to him *mental eye roll*

Jack put his suitcase on the bed and sat next to it, looking for something to wear. I sit down beside him and rub his back. I can feel the tension in the air. He was not happy with Hayes. "Jack. Listen to me."

He looked over to me, signalling me to talk, "I have a question and something to say. It wasn't Hayes' idea to prank you. It was mine."

"You don't think I knew that. I knew you weren't really asleep, Y/N... I knew that Hayes was in the closet. I knew it all. I was halfway awake whenever you walked in the door with Hayes. I heard you guys laughing the whole time you were walking in."

"Are you serious?"

"Yes."

"So we stole this big bag of ice for nothing?!" I laugh, lifting up the bag of ice.

"You stole that!? From where??" His eyes widened as he smiled.

"Yeah. From the kitchen downstairs." I laughed once again and Jack laughed along with me.

"So, here's the plan for today. Tell me what you think."
